Hi I have been trying to return this faulty item to you since the 6th June you have generated 3 evri return labels and Evri have failed to pick the item up on all 3 occasions
You then made arrangements for DPD to pick up but i you did not issued me with a returns label i was told by your agent to write the returns address clearly on the packaging which I did
I have attached your email below
DPD picked the item up from my address on the 12th June 2023 and returned the same said item to my local shop on the 13th June 2023 for me to collect with your address clearly on the box. Please what is wrong its not rocket science its common sense.
The shop owner says I have clearly marked the item with return address to Amazon and said I should not take it she will give back to DPD on the 14th June 2023

Faulty item sent back still no refund or postage refund process. Awful customer service
I have a faulty vacuum cleaner from Amazon that I bought in the UK. After 30 calls and emails I am told to post it back from Switzerland to the UK and I will be reimbursed for postage fees plus the hoover cost. Based on the postage costs I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor who confirmed I send it and I will be reimbursed 45 pounds for the postage from Switzerland plus the hoover costs provided I provide proof of postage and the costs. I send the proof of postage/ costs and non of the refunds have been processed. I am told by the agent royal mail hasn't scanned the returns label. Of Course royal mail hasnt scanned the returns label as mentioned 100 times it was send via Swiss post as agreed then processed via parcelforce. I sent proof of tracking and arrival to Amazon and still no refunds. Like what is going on???

Blocked Account
My account has been blocked by Amazon for over three weeks now. They continually request additional information to verify my payment details but every time I send this to them they reply via e mail to say they cannot view the document. I did manage to speak with someone a couple of days ago who supplied a new e mail address for me to send the information to but as usual no action has been taken and when I phoned today I was just told they would refer the matter to their ‘investigations’ team. No one will speak to me, I have no idea why the account is ‘blocked’ and suffice to say I will no longer be wasting any more time on this joke of a business.
Unfortunately it isn’t possible to give a minus or zero score otherwise my one star would have been considerably lower.

Amazon is good for many things but, delivery of items are appalling. Today my package was left in the entrance hall of a block of flats, my daughter lives on the second floor. Obviously the package was not there after checking the delivery status. The courier could not be bothered to walk two flights of stairs, which is very lazy. What kind of idiot leaves a package in the ground floor entrance of a block of flats? I'm planning on contacting the seller to find out which delivery service was used to raise a complaint. This is not the first time something like this has happened . Deliveries to my address in North London has had it's issues and It does not inspire confidence in the UK delivery service. The lack of consideration and care for customers items is shocking. I'm sure there are many couriers who take pride in their work, but it's the others who don't care, and create a bad name for those who do care. The UK delivery service, especially ones used by Amazon need to be investigated. I can only imagine how much money is lost due to couriers who could not care less about how they deliver packages, maybe it should be broken down in a simplified way so they fully understand their actions have consequences. Couriers who cannot be bothered to do their job properly shouldn't be delivering for a postal service, in my opinion they should be dismissed immediately. Furthermore, Amazon customer service asked me if I checked with my neighbours??? My daughter lives in a block of flats, she doesn't know her neighbours; maybe he was expecting her to inquire at all the doors in the block????
The courier left a picture of where he left the package with a description of where he left it (front entrance). Common sense is not common 🤦🏾♀️. Amazon is convenient because they sell everything. However, it is less than convenient when you don't receive what you've paid for. I've spent a lot of money with Amazon and I think it's time I seriously consider whether it's worth buying from them again. I'm done!

I don't understand why they block my account and I can not post any reviews. They do not even explain why just totally ignore it. They have good prices for some products and if you are using a Prime Membership you have some nice movies and free delivery charge. But how they treat customers it's not nice at all.
Appalling delivery
I ordered some Elvive Nutri Gloss shine Conditioner 500ml on May 29th with a delivery date between early June and June 24th. June 24th came and still no delivery! Customer services promised it would be dispatched within 24 hours - it wasn’t! The next day the order was listed as being delivered between mid July and mid August! I complained again to customer services who are only there to apologise it would seem as their promises are worth nothing.
2 - 3 months to deliver conditioner that can be brought at the local shops is appalling service and customer services are a waste of time unless you want endless apologies and nothing rectified!
Avoid and go to the local shops, it’s quicker!!

the brand Cantu does not deliver all items
I had ordered four care items of the brand cantu but I have received only 3 of them. I had received only 2 at first and I recalled then instead of sending both missing items they sent one. I called for many times but the customer service number does not work.

Amazon are great if you do not have a problem. But if you have a problem you can not get to talk to a real person, so if you have an order that does not get delivered and the company concerned will not give a refund then you are stuck.

Delivery service stinks.Time and time again I’ve ordered on Amazon Prime for guaranteed next day delivery .Yet again been kept waiting all day with the delivery window getting later and later until it’s tells me it’s late but you will definitely get it by 10pm.
As soon as I got that message I knew exactly what would happen.
The second the clock ticks over to 10pm it disappears from the screen,
The last 2 times this has happened I found out that he was parked behind the pub round the corner all evening.
Customer Service is useless…the work to a script and they can’t answer anything that’s not on their script.
They’ve had more than enough chances now so this time I DEFINITELY WON’T BE SHOPPING WITH THEM.
I’ve cancelled the order but they have the cheek to tell me a refund will take up to 10 days.
Funny how they can take your money immediately but can’t pay you back for 10 days so you end up having to pay interest on your card.
