Never had any problems with Amazon!!!

Never had any problems with Amazon, I ordered all my Christmas presents last minute this year and they saved my bacon!!!

People just use reviews for bad experiences and forget to leave good ones I think!!!

Yet another Amazon order recorded as…

Yet another Amazon order recorded as “delivered” this time left in a safe place (supposedly my shed). But the photo is not my shed. In the last five orders I have made three have not been delivered. Two were supposedly handed to resident. Last time this happened I spoke to a guy who said that this would never happen again as the driver would call in advance. Has not happened. Just complete crap. Prices are poorer than EBay and the customer services call back seems so random and unprofessional

I would give no stars if I could.The delivery driver tried to push the item through the letter box where it nearly broke flap on the letter box. I could not retrieve the item so delivery driver became annoyed when I asked him to take the packet out of the letter box.He was rude and I became upset by his attitude.Pity we have to put up with this from Amazon.

Poor fulfilment

Poor fulfilment (had the same high valueorder mis-delivered twice).

The order was supposed to contain two devices. The first order contained only one. I complained and was told to purchase it again and return the old one when the new one arrived. The new order arrived and once again it contained only one item. I contacted Amazon, they said I could not do anything but return both items; which wouldn't work as they'd be incomplete returns. I contacted Zyxel they said they'd refund one purchase. Then a week later they said no I need to go back to Amazon. I am now trying to get a resolution from Amazon. I finally have the product I paid for, but I've paid twice. The whole fiasco has been a monumental waste of time and energy; plus I still do not have a resolution.

My latest debacle with Amazon involves…

My latest debacle with Amazon involves Prime. I cancelled my Prime account because my phone provider, EE, offered me Prime Video free of charge for 6 months. However, several attempts to access this failed because Amazon would not allow me to do so as I'd previously had an account that I paid for on the same email address.
EE said, "you're not the first to have this problem and you certainly won't be the last. It's something Amazon need to resolve". However Amazon repeatedly send me the same reply telling me to go back to EE, even though I explained in detail that EE's system is working perfectly and it's Amazon refusing to let me log on. The latest message was the same, with the addition of a note refusing to discuss the matter anymore. I'm now attempting to raise an official complaint but I don't expect success. Appalling.
