I would like to see updates regarding the status of negotiations with creditors. I feel in the dark regarding the negotiations. Although the settlements have been good, I would like more updates.

I wanted to wait for a year to write a review. Its been a year. Every time i have called Anchor they have been polite and resolved any issue i have. They also have given me very good directions on how to handle creditors and resolve my debt issues.

I only needed to contact customer service via telephone 3 times in the last year! Each representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me explaining the next step in the process so I was comfortable every step of the way! I am very happy with all of the agents I have spoken with. Overall I am satisfied with the entire program, from the ease of not having to take calls from creditors, making automatic payments, strategy calls and settlements! I would definitely recommend them!

Priscilla was very professional and precise on her explanation and knowledge on Litigation/Summoning process.

Needed help with this month’s payment. Customer Service rep investigated and was able to lower by 250. This should stabilize things for the remainder of the program. Thanks.

I spoke with Brooke G today, so was so helpful, patient and just a real joy to a talk to. In my opinion she went out of her way to get me the answers I needed. I felt much more relaxed after hanging up.

i've been with them for almost a year , the phone calls have stopped and they settled with one creditor , just received a summons for court , i sent it directly to anchor law , and so far have not heard anything from them , also called Kevin wang who is supposed to be my representing attorney and have not heard any thing from him either , so far frustrating to say the least

Like many of the poor reviews on here, my story is the same. I actually have an offer, submitted it to Anchor. I got their canned response that one of their litigators will look at it and get back to me. After two weeks of waiting I reach out again and received another promise of contact in 48 hours. Guess what folks. My offer is going to expire and I INSTRUCTED Anchor to pay it! That is one of their promises to you, you are in control. Lies! Also, their partner Global Client Solutions, read their reviews and educate yourself. They are the worse too!

This is a sham and honestly, the FBI and BBB should look into these predatory practices. They prey on people in dire need of fixing their financial situation. I paid over $10000 in 15 months and had not completed paying 1 debt. I have cancelled my account immediately and pray that no one has to fall for this. I will be seeking help in recovering damages from this. PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT BELIEVE THIS CRAP!!! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NEVER AVAILABLE AND THEY EXPECT YOU!!! TO REACH OUT TO THEM. I BASICALLY PAID THEM TO DO IT MYSELF!!! This is to your reply...........you still can't explain to me how I've already taken three settlements on my own part and you only up to 2. that's the problem I'm having. You should have been paying me for my own services if that's the case. I've been representing myself in most of these cases at this point. You've done nothing but collect your fees ahead and settle none. thanks but no thanks you're simple good luck don't do nothing for me. This is a shame and will continue to share with anyone I encounter. You are a sham!

I am writing about my interactions with Ashley. She is terrific and has helped smooth my irritation with Anchor's performance. Ashley is a great asset to your firm.

After posting my bad review - the Anchor law firm reached out - but still did not fix the problem. My entire bank account was levied and cleaned out by lawsuits. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM FOR HELP. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND GIVE YOU FALSE INFORMATION AND A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY. I WENT TO A LAWYER WHO IS NOW LOOKING INTO THEM. IM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE FBI AS I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. THIS IS A SHAM COMPANY AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. THEY DO NOT ELIMINATE DEBT JUST CAUSE MORE WITH PENALTY FEES AND COURT FEES.

The litigation specialist you provided was no help. I was still being sued and still had three levies on my account.
ANCHOR LAW FIRM IS A SHAM AND THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION AS WELL AS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SHOULD LOOK INTO THE DEALINGS OF THIS CROOKED FIRM. I AM OUT $12000 AND STILL BEING HARASSED AND SUED. NO WORDS CAN EASE THIS BURDEN - REFUND MY MONEY AND THAT WILL BE THAT!

This program is a SCAM!!!!! A HORRIBLE SCAM AND YOU RIP PEOPLE OFF. You don't deserve any stars! I am very disappointed and never, ever will recommend it to anyone. All you care about are taking your fees, not helping my debt. I have spent over $15,556.66 in two years, and most of that went to ALL YOUR FEES, NOT MY DEBT. Three cards have not been touched nor settled. I was also not aware that any debt forgiveness is considered income, and I will be taxed on the remaining forgiving balances. I am worse off than when I started this program. They have caused me mental anguish, sleepless nights, extreme worry - do I need to keep going! I trusted your program to help me, and it has done nothing but HURT ME MORE and FAIL ME, in more ways than one. I am now seeking local, legal counsel to help me fix this HORRIBLE MESS!

Kills me to give 1 star when they deserve nothing. Bunch of crooks, I kept to my agreement, made my payments on time, scanned every piece of paper that I got, made phone calls to confirm that they received the summons and what happens mine and my son who is 19m years old, has his pay and tax refund deposited into his accounts and it was levied along with mine. They didn't care all they wanted was a payment from a single mother who had zero in her account. What a disgrace this place is, I wish I would of read up on them before getting scammed into it. Pieces of garbage to treat people the way they do. You stole from my son's college education!!!! I'm blaming you!!!!!

Well guess who called me today the Con-Artist Anchor!!!!!!
Not to try to help if that’s what you are all thinking because of the crap that you replied with. Get this they called me for a payment today!! Imagine after I kept my end of the bargain & they never even once send me a settlement letter after I sent them over $14,000 & the accounts were Levied for over $10,000. Screw you Anchor!

I'm happy with my service. I've stuck with the plan, and I'm very happy with my settlements. I've been happy with the communication. I've had one creditor (holding 2 different accounts) take me to court. It was scary, but Anchor let me know exactly what I needed to do. I was surprised that they didn't have an attorney respond, but I understand why they didn't, and like I said, they walked me through the response the first time. The second time I knew just what to do. Both accounts were subsequently settled. This isn't for the faint of heart, that's for sure. Trusting in the process in the beginning was hard. But I'm in the last stretch now. 8 more months on my plan, and, except for a few negotiated payments that extend beyond my plan, I'll be debt free. The only thing I wish that Anchor had warned me about - I do have to pay taxes on the money that was written off by my creditors. That was a shock. I understand why, but I might not have been so surprised if I had been warned ahead of time.

Anchor Law Firm duped me out of money in promise to pay off my debt. Anchor has done nothing! I am out of almost $7,000 with creditors still being owed money. And now, have court complaints being filed against me. I am in shock and can't believe I let this happen to me. I did this as I used to work for the corporate world but started my own business, and thought it would be a great idea to get help financially.

UPDATE: On March 8, 2019 (after I posted this) I received a phone call asking how they could help me with this complaint that I posted. I have not heard from ANYONE and now they're contacting me because I filed an online complaint about them????!!! Total joke, fraud, scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
