I’m really disappointed by this
I’m really disappointed by this. I too got a great deal following an instagram post but at no point was I told I was entering into a subscription. I then tried to find the log in for my account, which I had to Google in the end and then scrolled a lot to find the ‘cancel subscription’ button. Such a shame as the product seems lovely but I can’t support a business that is not transparent and makes it difficult for customers to control.

TINY SAMPLE IN A HUGE BOTTLE TO GET YOU SIGNED UP
First I was surprised to learn I would have to upload several close up selfies after a lengthy survey to get a 'personalised' prescription then the packaging turned up empty! Weeks, multiple emails and unauthorised subscriptions later I have a large, heavy packaged bottle of only 18ml of product to try! Little more than a weeks sample in a huge bottle,very deceiving and terrible customer service. AVOID

A lovely product
After trying skin and me daily doser I was attracted to this product instead as I loved the idea of the treatment and cream in one. It is very luxurious feeling on the skin, I wake up very hydrated. The packaging is also very nice and classy! I’d like to try some of the other products when I can afford to!

Great quality products
Great quality products and the results at less than a month in are great. I’ve used their sister company before and prefer the premium packaging of And Begin and it seems to suit my skin better. It feels luxury and is enjoyable to use. I’ll definitely continue with the serum in a cream and the cleansing balm as my first cleanse or the double cleanse routine. I’ll see what results are like for the eyes serum and then will decide. The SPF moisturiser I found too greasy a the recommended 4 pumps but one pump gives a nice glow (even if not enough uv protection). I cancelled that one easily via my account. Would recommend

The reason for 4 stars is the packaging. When that's been sorted I'll give an 5. As the cream is of the highest quality ever,its incredibly moisture. If you're not happy with the strength, they'll more than happy to help. I'm using Serum-in-a Cream 0.010% and are 57. Give it 2 weeks to see lines smootes out, around mouth and eyes. Plus I'm using the product on my hands as well. Retinoid is 10 times stronger than Retinol. I get nice comments all the time, since my start✨️
