I first learned about Anderson over 15 years ago when I received an Anderson DVD as part of a non-Anderson training I attended. The DVD was Clint discussing the Land Trust strategy for real estate investing. I found more value in that DVD than anything else I got out of that non-Anderson training. In more recent years I have followed Clint and Toby’s YouTube videos. I have learned so much from them. I recently joined them as a client and have been extremely happy with the experience. I was concerned that I would sign up and little would happen, but they are on top of ensuring everything is progressing and scheduling regular meetings with me. I am very happy so far.

Excellent information and very helpful. It's relevant and I can put it to use. I can understand the information and apply it.

I attended this well informative webinar. I had many questions in which they answered. I am amazed and really appreciative of the time that they spend with the public for no charge. They helped me understand the proper ways of structuring and tax benefits on my real estate properties.

Excellent service. The folks I’ve talked with have been very helpful and polite.

My experience was very positive with this video conference however; it was too much to consume in 4 hours on a Saturday on a computer screen. I had to leave after 4 hours so I don’t know how long it lasted. All this information was free but I would like to do this in person. I wouldn’t mind paying $200-$300 for a work shop of a couple hundred people. I was drawing and taking notes but i didn't consume enough to figure out what solution is best for me. The $2,900 pkg at the end was not unreasonable but I don’t like paying for something and not know if I have all the bases covered. I think the $2900 was worth it if you just need one LLC to provide anonymity and a structure but it didn’t cover what I need for multiple properties. I need face to face figure out what’s best for me.

Very knowledgeable and know how to structure companies from an asset protection ton and tax savings especially short term rentals.

I like that they speak in plain English. Remembering some of the legal jargon new to me is hard enough, so I appreciate how they stop to make sure I understand before piling on new information. Getting good information every day.

My review is about Sara Winters. I really don't know where to start. Sara is a wonderful, caring, helpful and very patience person who is always willing to help me with my stuff. There is a lot of stuff that I don't understand since we have become clients of Anderson Business Advisors, and Sara is always there to help me with anything I need. She is so patience and she doesn't get frustrated when she has to repeat some things with me which are difficult for me to understand. I work with several people from this company, but Sara Winters is the best. I would honestly say if it wasn't for Sara I would have probably left them because all the legal stuff is not easy to understand. I just like to say Sara Winters has always there to hold my hand and help me understand all the stuff we are doing with Anderson Business Advisors. I didn’t even make it through 5 mins of the consult. The lady I spoke with was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her and her time. Oddly she was unable to describe the services offered or ask any pertinent questions to get to a basic discussion on what would be applicable for our situation.

As a business owner I honestly had to laugh. If I had people doing intakes like I just experienced I’d be broke!

Great for education. Actually, amazing for education. I would never attempt to utilize their services again, though, especially tax services. The partners know their stuff but the knowledge ends there.

They were knowledgeable and helpful not arrogant. Their expertise is appreciated but also they were very responsive.

Clint Coons Esq & Toby Mathis Esq are both business advisors; while the first focus on assets and tax protection the second is more likely in Finances and Taxes.
