Great service, called me straight back after an email request and came promptly at 9am next morning.

I am so pleased to have found Anderson Plumbers. Ricky is super professional, punctual, meticulous, and a pleasure to deal with. He installed a boiling hot pot tap for us and we are so pleased with the result, considering he had to make significant modifications to make the system work. I will definitely contact Ricky again for future jobs.

Ricky came promptly to carry out a survey of the works that included fit out of the guest toilet and a new bathroom. After discussion, a quote was given and we agreed on a plan.
We were very pleased with the finished work that he did to high standards. The work comprised of new jet bath/shower, toilets and basin units. He modified pipe works to suit the design we were after. He was flexible in his approach and has good knowledge of the trade. He was a pleasure to work with and has charming personality.
We would highly recommend his workmanship and will hire him for another project.

Contacted Steven a couple of times recently for plumbing emergency jobs. Really responsive, reliable and helpful. Sorted both issues first time, explained what the problems were, did a great job, checked everything was fine before finishing, cleaned up, afterwards and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Problem with the flush system on a toilet, Rick made himself available the day after our call, arrived on time and fixed the issue as well as having to go to buy a new part. Very professional, tidy and such a nice person. Would highly recommend.

Ricardo was quick and efficient with the job that was required. Arrived on time was friendly and professional giving time to explain a few details on the heating system in the property. Would recommend and will use again as and when needed.

This is the eighth year we've had Andersons for the boiler service and they always do a great job. Today it was Abdul and you can just tell that he's an efficient professional who really cared about his work. When it eventually comes to having the boiler replaced it'll definitely be with Abdul and Andersons.

Ricky fitted a water heater under my kitchen sink. Hot water took a very long time to reach the kitchen from the tank.
It was an innovative solution.
A really awkward job as it is in the corner of the cupboard.

Ricky fixed a problem with our toilet cistern which actually transpired to be two different problems. He arrived promptly at the time agreed and was very friendly and personable. He made sure to check that I was completely happy with the work he had done and tidied everything up afterwards. Recommended.

Anderson Plumbers have refitted both our main family bathroom and ensuite shower room and we're so pleased with the results. Sharon was great at helping to choose our products and offered expert advice and Ricky completed the fit to a very high standard - he strived to get everything exactly as we wanted it. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home too, we would highly recommend!

Ricky came around promptly and fixed two dripping cisterns. We also got him to replace a bath panel and fit a new mixer tap in our kitchen. All these jobs were completed to good standard and we are totally satisfied with Ricky and would recommend him to anyone well done and thank you.

Ricky is a nice guy to welcome into your home and does a great job. He is happy to engage with any questions you might have and is very tidy in his work and respectful of your home. I had to postpone the job about 4 times due to circumstances outside of my control, however Ricky was always available with a follow up appointment soo after. Great job!
Pipework is now correct and looking good into a new radiator that has never really worked before.

Ricky came out to deal with a leaking central heating g pipe and water running through my ceiling. This was at night when most plumbers couldn’t be bothered! The job turned into a bit of a nightmare with just about every component on the ancient system causing grief. But Ricky refused to be beaten and worked really hard to leave me with a working system. Real gent and highly recommended

We can't rate Ricky enough. He has just finished a refit of our bathroom and we are delighted with the result. He is very diligent, extremely tidy, efficient, hard-working and takes a huge pride in his work and has given us 100% satisfaction. Ricky came & fixed a number of problems. Flushed through a radiator, fitted a new tap, replaced broken pipe work, removed a water softener. He was methodical & professional in his work. Any problems he came across he fixed.
