Andorra Resorts (Victoria in particular) were extremely helpful in assisting us with transfers recently as our original plans were disrupted due to rockfall blocking the passage to Toulouse. I received clear guidance in a timely manner which helped us massively in what would have been a stressful situation.

Well designed website that was easy to use. Booked hotel airport transfer and ski rentals all in one place. Had a great week skiing with lots of snow. Plenty of restaurants on the mountain for a bite to eat or just warm up. Well laid out lift system with a vast area to ski in.

A great first time skiing
Friendly instructors, a great skiing area and a great atmosphere right through the town.
Who would have thought we'd all be skiing by the end of the week.

Great resource to plan your ski holiday
Great experience. Kind and courteous staff. I had a slightly complex booking which took a few goes to get right - hence 4 not 5* - but I was very happy with the service I received and will absolutely book again.

We used Andorra Resorts to book all our ski hire/passes/food vouchers/transfers and it was so easy and reasonable once I’d done some research,the guys at the ski storage Pas 88 were superb and getting a free beer voucher at the end of the day was always the perfect end to a great day.
All correspondence with the company was replied too and would absolutely use them again as it was all so easy and clear once we arrived to collect ski hire and lift passes..top service who certainly know what to do.

Great time for a family of young children
Soldeu was a great location for the ski resort, it's not as long or as wide of runs as the Matterhorn but it was very enjoyable. The runs were well connected and extensive across Andorra. It was easy to get on the mountain. I would recommend the ski school for anyone with young children as they did an excellent job with our 3 and 5 year old.

Pas De La Casa is a great resort
Pas De La Casa is a great resort, lots of lovely restaurants, ski in/out within 5-10min walk from hotel. Transport from Barcelona and back was seamless. Equipment hire good. Nothing to complain about

Very friendly and great staff.only thing that is misleading is that spa is only for free if booked via website but costs >20€ per person if booked via booking.com. This was not clear to us before - especially as we talked the reception. However after talking to the manager about it, we found a fair solution and I felt very supported. Great hotel
