Great location in respect to the slopes…
Great location in respect to the slopes which is literally across the road. Hotel rooms are very dated and quite scruffy in places. Beds not great and safety rail missing from top bunk bed. Only rated as 2 star and for £800 for 4 you wouldn’t expect much more.

Very good online access to booking equipment and skipasses. As a senior, it would be nice to be able to book a skipass for myself in advance instead of having to bring my passport to the kiosk.

Great place to go skiing
Great place to go skiing! It was my first time trying to learn it with my partner teaching me and I managed to pick it up after 3 days! It was a good resort, the staff tried their best to communicate with us, but we did notice there was a small lack of effort in some areas of the staff. They had a bit of an unwillingness to serve us and help us when we were obviously waiting to check in and grab our equipment. I don’t know if it was because we were english but it made us feel like we weren’t welcome. Other than that they were lovely. The resort itself was beautiful, it’s a shame we came at a time when the snowfall wasn’t at its best, but the resort tried to fix that with the snow cannons and maintenance of the slopes! Overall it was a good experience and it was fun to learn skiing!
