The worst customer service I know. I wanted to order shoes. I live in Belgium, but their system thought I was from the Madeira Islands and I had to pay 50 € extra for shipping. I sent a mail to the customer service, they said there was something wrong with their system but didn't whant to resolve it. Finally, I could not order the shoes.

We always strive to support our customers as efficiently as possible. In situations like this, we also offer alternative contact methods, such as WhatsApp, which could have helped resolve the matter quickly when no reply was received. Additionally, retrying the order by carefully re-entering the correct details would likely have allowed the process to be completed successfully.
We take great pride in our customer service, as reflected in the many positive reviews we receive. For this reason, we regret this situation; however, since we did not receive your communications, it was unfortunately beyond our control.

My order was not delivered and at the moment the product I paid for in full has not been delivered to me. The courier refused to wait for me for 10 minutes and did not want to inform me about how to pick up the purchased item.
