Return is a pain…
The shoes are not fitting to my shoes so have to return them. They are also very hard.
Somebody might feel ok with these but I prefer softer shoes.
Reason for my reduced stars is the shipment - I paid and money were discounted but I was asked few days later for payment confirmation- strange when the money were already out…
Secind point I dislike is that I have to pay for return delivery which is much more expensive for normal customer than for company account. If this has to be paid I would prefer to pay the company price and have this collected…

In terms and conditions you accepted on our website at the moment of the order is specified that return fees are at customer charge. Regarding the payement we not said that we not received money but that we need to have a confirmations that is you because your payement was signed as a possible fraud so in order to protect you as our customer we ask you a proof of payement. We are really sorry about that, considering that we always replied and give you informations also before the purchase. We work hard everyday to help our customers and give them the best service and we are disappointed when this unfortunately is not appreciated.
