Our journey to completion was not allowed to be anything but progressive in the eyes of the team. This culture of support, for what was the biggest contract of our lives to date, has been invaluable and memorable.
This chapter and future chapters will always include Andrew and Co being spoken highly of for those seeking a genuine and positive experience.

Had recently moved to Ashford and was looking for a flat to rent. Saw one with Andrew and Co and i am so happy i did! The experience from the initial viewing of the property to the turning over of the keys and signing the tenancy was excellent. Mark and his team have been so helpful from the start! Thank you!

We have hired Andrew & Co letting staff to rent out my son's house in 2019. We are still with them. I can't praise Mark, Emma Ellie and everybody who works there high enough. They took all our stress away and handled everything from checking the Tennant reference, job, and financial status, taking a thorough inventory. The staff at Andrew's is very experienced and has the ability to keep the landlord and tenant both parties happy. They are very professional and prompt in their communication with us. They periodically visited the property as they said they would inspect it. When the tenant reported a water leak we did not have to run around looking for a builder as Elie used one of theirs to go round and fix it. He did not charge Cowboy prices either

When the first tenant moved out of the property Ellie did an expert inventory with lots of photos. She then compared it with the original inventory and highlighted some damages to equipment and fixtures. Ellie expertly negotiates the compensation with her to our satisfaction. She also interviewed the new prospective tenants and recommended us the best candidates to choose from the shortlist.

You do not have to worry about anything because they would manage the property on behalf of you.The most important thing is they take all the stress away from renting a house. Andrew *& Co company's charges are very reasonable (nothing hidden) and for that you get a lot in return not to mention the tennats cheque at the end of every month As a few other clients have said below they are the best in Ashford (Maybe in Kent too ) I would recommend Andrews & Co to everybody. If you hire them, please don't forget to send a wonderful staff (Ellie, Emma, Mark & countless others ) a box of Ferrero Rocher for Christmas. 😁😀

I would highly recommend Andrews , a real Property sales Agent . Nothing was to much trouble for Harry Best . Matt in the office was always there for advice . Every member of the staff that i came into contact with was courteous, helpful and thoroughly Professional.

Matt, and the Ashford branch were excellent. Took great photos, quickly found us a buyer.

Andrews & Co best agent ever, took all the stress away from us and dealt with the sale of our property with great swift action very professional got the job done.

We recently bought a property through Andrews. I can say all staff were extremely professional, and curteous. They obviously protected the interests of their client as we progressed through the bumps that are UK house buying, which was to be expected, however they did so in a professional manner. As a buyer they were very communicative and quick to respond. If we were looking to sell I would definately look at using them again. Thank you.

Right from the initial phone call to Andrew & Co Ashford, the experience and professionalism just showed straight away and that is very rare to find but if your looking for someone to rent your property out then look no further as you will be wasting your time. Helpful the whole way through and sorting out problems as they arose, nothing seemed too much for them to deal with and have been polite and professional the whole time. So much so I have moved my other property to them too. I can't recommend Andrew & Co Ashford enough for the lettings if your a landlord or tenant you will be in great hands so thank you to the whole team at Ashford for your help in everything and also especially to Elli who always went the extra mile throughout the process. Andrew & Co provided excellent service for our house sale. No hesitation in giving 5/5. Highly recommended.

We rented through Andrew and Co over the last year and never again would we go through them for any future rentals. Their communication was poor throughout our tenancy. Often, we were chasing them for information, when it was their job to liaise with us. On the rare occasion when they did call (usually when they wanted something), they would call early hours on the weekend, despite asking them not to and asked if they could instead email, but this was always ignored.
At no point did they help us with the issues we had in the tenancy. It seems they are very one sided, always on the landlords side and not the tenants, even if the landlords are in the wrong. Yet, we always paid our rent in full and on time despite the issues we had.
Upon leaving Andrew and Co, after speaking to neighbours, they said they have also rented through Andrew and Co and had very similar issues to ourselves.
Avoid if you want to keep your sanity!

Andrew and Co were very efficient, helpful and they kept me informed every time someone viewed the property and gave me feedback from each one. They answered any questions I had however trivial they were. I would recommend Andrew and Company to everyone.

Trina has gone above and beyond what you would expect. From registering and viewing, all the way along she has been contactable, even helping when on her days off. Can’t Thank her enough for all her help and support. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
