authority for this fraudulent seller to take legal action against them

Purchased the product, but it was not shipped. Tried to contact them, but they never responded, didn't resolve the issue, and didn't issue a refund.

Worst seller ever! I have made a purchase 2 weeks ago and despite chasing, the order has not been dispatched. I have received zero communication from this seller and have no idea what happened to my order. Please DO avoide this seller!

Scam website! I purchased over 300 pounds worth of goods on this website on May 31, 2025. They provided a logistics tracking number on June 2, 2025. At first, I didn't notice any issues. However, after more than a month without receiving the goods, I checked and found that the courier tracking number was completely fake, showing that the item had not been shipped. I have contacted the customer service via email multiple times, but there has been no reply at all. Every time I call, the call is hung up. This is purely a fraudulent website. It has been over two months now, and they still haven't shipped the goods or issued a refund. If anyone has had the same experience, please contact me to jointly safeguard our rights. I got a very bad shopping experience as a new customer, I took a order on February 10th 2025, by the time when I made my purchase i saw on their website it shows if the product is in stock the dispatch will usually be 3-5 business days later, however I have been waiting for my order to be shipped for more than 7 business days, I have wrote two emails to their customer support email and haven’t received any reply back yet, I have also contacted with their WhatsApp number twice the only answer i got from them is the reason why my order haven’t been shipped it’s due to delivery company haven’t collected my package yet, so I contacted with the delivery company by myself and the answer they told me is because the sender hasn’t arranged for the collection. I’m tired of those ineffective conversations so far the problem hasn’t been resolved, that’s the worst shopping experience I ever had.
