The product is actually out of stock but i can still "BUY IT NOW" on their websites. After i wait for 1 week without shipping out I ask and they told me it was out of stock. And they say I can refund. Without any refund notice, they ask me to wait for 3-10 working days. After 10 working days I still receive nothing. they still ask me to wait with patience without providing any helpful information, like my order status to see if the refund starts or not, the refund bank service No. or the refund promise date. All i get is "pls wait."
It is a terrible experience that you may receive nothing, not the products nor your refund.
What is more, it is hard to get your email replied.
This is a shopping websites do the fake inventory, unavailable customs service and drag refund.
Not suggest to use this AT ALL!
