Wrong Pick-up Time, Delays after Delays
I booked a pickup from the airport for 6.30am in the morning, but for some reason they had it down for 3pm. Anyway, I tried to re-book for an immediate pick-up and they said it would be 1hr, which I thought would be ok given that I still had to get my luggage & go through customs. However, after 1 hr, they still had not turned up. I had to call them to chase for a status. They said it will be another 15 mins. After another 15 mins, they still had not turned up, so I had to call them again. Again the response was another 15 more mins. After another 15 more mins, they still had not shown up. I called them again, and apparently it would be another 5 mins, but by now I had an angry & tired family and I could not trust if they would actually turn up, so I cancelled them and got an airport taxi. Throughout I had to call them for an update, which was even more frustrating.
The problem with Angel cars is they are a hit & miss. Sometimes you get good service, and sometimes not. It's the risk you take for the cheaper fare.

Unreliable and unprofessional
Downloaded the App and booked a taxi service to pick up my family with kids from Stansted for the day after at 19:05. A few minutes before the due time and still did not get any message from the driver which was suspicious as typically they contact you hours before. Called the company and was told that the driver was on his way...shortly after the driver called and said that he was 80mins away...80 MINS!!!When asking the reason, he said he just received the job order from the company, and it was not hard for me to believe him. When calling the company again I was told that my order was for 20:05 which is obviously NOT TRUE (I also have a screenshot of my 1905 booking but they were in blind denial). No need to say there was No discount offer, no apologies, no admission of being wrong. The guy on the phone was also extremely rude. I cancelled the order and got an Uber in only 5 minutes. VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Booking being re confirmed earlier in the evening and earlier in the afternoon.
When I called I was unable to book another one and was left stranded alone late at night which was very distressing.
An OK journey
I booked this on behalf of my family who were flying home after Christmas in London. The journey itself was good, but at the airport the driver charged my in-laws £10 over the pre-booked price
Rude driver
We booked a cab 24 hours in advance for our trip on 27th december as we had our dog with us and we wanted to be sure it was ok. The driver was half an hour early and as soon as he saw the dog he was saying he wasn't taking the dog, when we explained we had booked pacifically because we had a dog he let us in the cab, he drove quite aggressively at times beeping and muttering under his breath. When we got to our destination he tried to charge us an extra £10 for the dog, but we said £48 was already agreed including the dog when we booked. He was rude again saying we were luckyand he wouldnt takevus again, when he opened the boot our bag fell on the floor and he made no attempt to pick it up,really has put me off using the company again, which is a shame as we've used it recently a few times for airport runs.

Paid the ride twice but no refund!
I booked a cab to go to the airport. The car was 30mins late - my husband was lucky to be at the airport on time. Angels Cars sent me a link to pay the ride. I paid and my husband, who was the passenger, paid by cash. The driver took the cash even if the ride was already paid via transfer. I called 5 times and sent 2 enquiries but nothing. I’m not having my money back. The operators keep on telling me that the refund has been processed and I will receive my money by the end of the day. They are just wasting my time.
I paid twice for a ride and it’s impossible to get my money back. They are taking advantage of me over the phone over and over being rude and short. They asked me for my bank account final digits 5 times. They asked the same questions over and over again. It’s just a joke.
