UNRELIABLE

What ever negative comments people have made on this platform is so true. I booked a cap I was told I will wait for 10 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I called again and they told me to wait for 10 minutes after another 20 minutes I rang and was told there was no cap.

They took by booking then text me to…

They took by booking then text me to cancel it and said if want to rebook to call a specific number - I called that number only to be verbally abused by the operator for calling the wrong number - the number they gave me - they then transferred me and I was told there was never any drivers and that’s why it was cancelled - unprofessional and unreliable

Reckless driver- we felt unsafe the…

Reckless driver- we felt unsafe the whole journey as his driving skills were so poor, especially on the motorway, he was constantly swerving, sitting across multiple lanes, speeding up and slowing down aggressively. He also said he had no change when it came to payment at the end of the journey, despite me selecting cash when making the booking.

Surprised to read any good reviews…

Surprised to read any good reviews here. Trip Advisor have the rating as 1.5 which seems more accurate.
Like others have said, left my disabled mum and I stranded in the street for 45 mins when was told 10 to 15 mins max. Then didn’t make it anyway as they went to the wrong place, rang and told us we had got it wrong and they were driving off, just take it up with the office. No attempt to clarify and pick us up. They knew we were two vulnerable women too which makes it worse somehow.
Actually they were in the wrong place and had a clear pick up place on both verbally and in writing! So no idea how they could go to the wrong place.
And their office is literally 3 mins away!?! Doesn’t inspire confidence for a longer trip.
The attitude was awful, rude, abusive too.
