Good afternoon
I am reaching out because I have tried to request a return slip for my purchase as the skates are still a miss! The system will not allow me to click on the return request. They do not fit black are too big and rose gold fit exactly the same as the original size 9.

Please advise me on how to proceed. I would like a full refund please .
At this point I do not care to incur a restocking fee as it has cost me over $50 in shipping cost.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for orders that have already been returned and exchanged.
You may return for an exchange, but your order is not eligible for a refund.

Bad service!! I ordered size 4 skates back in may then sent me a size three. They then refunded me the money so I could order skates, and then I have to pay for shipping again when I reordered. I just recently received the new order and when I opened it it was a size 1. This was a birthday gift for my cousin who’s birthday was in may and now for the second time I won’t be giving her the present. Hopefully they send the right size this time.

order #64540 I ordered a size 6, they sent me a size 9. Then they told me they wouldn't send me the correct size until they got the size 9 returned to them! Horrible customer service!!

Service was great - follow up email good. Disappointed i am not paying in Canadian Dollars when this came up as a Canadian Company.

Easy peasy for my first time ordering.

Horrible quality. Bought these skates a year ago but only started using a few months ago. They broke after a a few uses. The stopper fell out and I needed to use gorilla glue to hold it in place and then a few weeks later one of the inner rings on the wheel broke. When I reached out they said that they would not be able to replace it. Pretty disappointed!

Just order my Angel skates! It will be an experience as it had been 40 years since I have been on skates! I use to skate all the time growing up and was very good and took lessons for years! I figured it would be great way of exercise being at the beach! Can't wait you never too old!

I obviously got returned skates because the vinyl is cloudy and scratched, and part of the cotton material is stained.

I appreciate you having size 12 in women's skates! I also very much loved your wide range of colors and styles.

I'm usually a bit hesitant when it comes to making purchases online, specially when I haven't heard of the company. You guys did not let me down, the blue skates are absolutely gorgeous, I cannot wait to come back and order accessories for it when the time comes.
