One of my rollerblade skates came dinged like with a little crack inside the wheel so I tried to reach out to customer service and see what the protocol was I get a replacement because it wasn’t in good condition like the other wheels and I never received a call back or an email back or anything so for that sucks

Pretty box but order incorrect!
I received my new order of skates and once I opened the pretty box first thing I noticed was two (2) LEFT skates! The sizing isn't accurate, the skates are extremely tight, but I can only try them on one foot! I am very disappointed. Not to mention one skate looks worn as it had scrapes/scratches on it. What a mess!!
