Thoroughly impressed. Ordered from Rep.of.Ireland late on Thursday, I received the order on Monday. No surprises, well packed and.... well, perfect! These guys do their work well.

While the rest of our requested items were perfectly fine, we noticed a substantial quantity of the large white cardboard gift boxes we ordered were scuffed as if a fork-like implement had been scraped down the front of them.

If there had been damage done to the plastic packaging, we could have put it down as transportation damage but the package was pristine and it was too late for us to order new ones once this was discovered.

We will continue to use on the assumption that this was an aberration but we will be more rigorous with our inspections of these deliveries

I don't normally leave reviews but having seen how poor the Trustpilot reviews are vs the service I received I wanted to put something out there to reassure other customers.

I voluntarily run a baby& toddler group and wanted to give teddies to the children at our end of year party. I placed an order over the weekend but after reviewing I realised I had ordered the wrong item - looked at Trustpilot and my heart sank, I worried for the rest of the weekend. Phoned Angel Wholesale on the Monday and they promptly cancelled the order and refunded my money. The following day I placed the correct order (with the free 3-5 working day delivery) and received the cutest little teddies the next day by 9:30am. I am really pleased and can't wait to give the children their party bags!

I am still waiting for a refund from last Christmas! As the products I ordered were not available. I have messaged them several times and had no reply. Please stay away from this company!

Very pleased with my last order. Received my order with 3 days, well packaged and everything present. Makes a change from the previous owners where things were often out of stock. Will definately use again.

I don't often write reviews but thought I should after my experience with this company. Like others I was dubious about using them after reading the bad reviews but gave it a go with a small order.
It arrived very quickly, 2 days before the delivery date given, was well packaged and all in excellent condition.
If you're thinking of using them don't be put off by older reviews, Thy definitely seem to have turned the business around.

Sceptic to purchase due to reputation but this was from previous owners mistakes and public’s opinion of them. Made a purchase online and within 3 days I have my item, exceptionally packaged and high quality product. Very impressed, and will be shopping again now new owners have clearly proved themselves

Angel Wholesale have had bad reviews recently, I ordered from them a few months ago when the company went into liquidation. I never got my order but I did receive a refund.
Since then... they have been taken over by a new company so I placed an order to see if I would get it, also if it was good quality. I placed my order yesterday and I received it today! I am more than happy with the products and I have correspondance with Matt via email who was very helpful and polite.
The recent review Angel Wholesales have received is very unfortunate for them as the negative dealings were with the previous owners. I will certainly use them again, there was no minimum order, the prices were reasonable and very happy with my order!

I recently received email that Wholesale Angels has been taken over by UK Shopping Mall prior to liquidation. Anyone who has subscribed or used them should have receive an email from UK Shopping Mall. It is a shame this has happened. I have had no issues with them in the past. Only once a long wait for delivery.
If you ordered anything before 13th January, you need to get in touch with the liquidators.

Company Seems to have gone Bust!

If you haven't received your items. Thank goodness I did a search and discovered this. I was able to put in a claim for the items I was still waiting for and have been refunded by Paypal.

I also placed an order over two weeks ago and have heard nothing , sent lots of messages and emails and tried to call but no response and then I saw yesterday on another review site that they have gone bust . I contacted PayPal last night and told them about the situation and they have managed to contact the creditors and I have been told by paypal that I will be getting a full refund . I would advise anyone else the the same situation to contact PayPal or your bank as it is unlikely the goods will now be sent .

They've gone bust! ordered before christmas and no chance of getting. Avoid!

Placed my first order a week ago and still have not received the delivery, status simply stated shipment pending! Upon trying to call them, they are not taking calls and inform you to email and no answers to emails. The payment has gone to an insolvency company. Now i worried that i will not even receive the items that ordered correctly as it seems the company has gone bust, we have been assured by PayPal that we will get our money back. However they are still taking orders and customer’s money on their website, this should not be possible and warn people not jo use them! Left feeling annoyed

no customer service as cannot cancel order and get any help from anyone. Tried to cancel payments this morning via paypal only to discover all payments are being send to an insolvency company. Now i worried that i will not even receive the items that ordered correctly as it seems the company has gone bust.

Good range of products but the pre-order stock system is a very weird set up and even items you think are in stock aren't. This company have taken on more than they can chew in my opinion. To date they still owe me a few lines which were missing from my order before christmas.... they can stick it as i have had enough of this company!! Customer service is very slow, if not non existant and delivery turn around times are terrible. Sorry but i have gave you so many chances but no improvement!!

if You are a small set up do not rely on these .... you will be left out of pocket for long periods of time which does not help you try and succeed and all they offer is a credit or swop!! Absolutely appalling!

I wrote a previous feedback which I was asked to remove by the seller after I ordered some basic ‘welcome to your new home’ cards that nearly a month later I have not received. I was happy to do this once I had received confirmation that the refund money had been received by my bank and until I received two absolutely rude emails from the owner. I work in sales and I know I would be sacked if I had emailed one of my clients in the manner I have been emailed in. I placed the order and apparently the basic looking cards are exclusively made for the company and apparently when I placed the order the availability was stated in the ‘availability secrion’ Not on the order well silly me there was me thinking that it would have been part of the order details. It is easy to say something was there when you can’t check back. Apparently a email was sent 48 hours later giving me an option to swap the cards I have received every email since, even a email advising me to ‘grab some last minute Christmas bargains’ when they can’t even deal with my original order. I made a complaint so find it strange that until I complained I hadn’t received any email even after checking my history and spam box

After my complaint I received an email saying that the cards had been received in the warehouse that day well how coincidental was that! I received a email about 10 minutes later from another person saying two styles of card I had ordered out of 4 was due to be received later so in fact my order hadn’t been received only part of it!

I gave the owner the opportunity to rethink her attitude by saying I wasn’t best pleased with her tone of her email and she then went on to send me a further rude email and certainly no apology.

Obviously the company has no idea of how to keep a customer updated or to apologise when they get it wrong and I would certainly won’t be using them again or would I recommend them to anyone
