Was a little disappointed
Was a little disappointed, as I had paid for Next Day Delivery.
Rang up as I had received a message from the courier company, stating it was being delivered the following day, when I rang Angel Wholesale explained that there had been a problem in the warehouse & that part of my order could not be picked.
Angel Wholesale promptly gave me a refund for the postage I had paid for next day Delivery.
I will be using again , I am really Happy with all of the products that I have purchased so far.

Poor customer service and lack of communication
Been waiting for a order for over a week now with no emails to even confirm my order or an email to say it’s been dispatched or literally anything. Sent two messages no reply. When I go to the website the number on there is for a bluddy florist?!!!! Will be claiming back for my order. If you own a business and want to try out their products just go somewhere else a big disappointment as the items I ordered looked pretty good.

Great company
This is the second time I've ordered from Angel wholesale and I can honestly say it was good experience.
Everything came well packaged to avoid breakage and was delivered on time.
The quality of the items is fab too.

save your money
I ordered over 40 tooth fairy cushions and over 10 came marked and damaged and refused point blank to do anything leaving me out of pocket. Will NOT be shopping here again lost a about to be good customer. In reply to your reply below, I emailed over pictures and you called me a liar what more do you expect I was so annoyed I spent over £100 on these items. Poor customer service all round simple.

On the 20/06 you messaged us on Facebook to advise us of the issues. We then asked you to send images of all the items with an issue so we could review them and sort them out for you.
Later that day we called through and left you a voicemail, you called us back but the call got disconnected, so we tried to call you back but we got no answer.
On the 21.06 we tried to contact you again to resolve this but got cut off again. so we messaged through facebook where you told us not to reply to you anymore.

Misleading advertising
After reading an ad that said i would recieve 3 assorted dolls and only recieving one i was not impressed. There was nothing to state that it was only one doll. Very badly advertised.

Thank you for your review and comments. In the description of the item we state that the items are sold individually and to order the amount of items you require. The title of the product does say that they are assorted items because you can receive 1 of the 4 different styles.
