Rang all morning , phone just ringing. Eventually Email answered- no apology. You will receive your order Wednesday. Still waiting. New order No issued Status "Processing - Your order has been paid for and is waiting to be released to our warehouse."
No reply to my Email today. never had such appalling service. (If anyone reading this can help I would appreciate it!!)

I'm really sorry about this and I've looked into your order. The order was despatched with Hermes after 3 days as you said but Hermes lost this order and it took us a couple of days to find this. I can see a new order was created and its taken a couple of days to pick and despatch this but it has left us today. You should have been emailed tracking details and be able to see this on your account, it has gone through DPD this time. If you have any problems, please give us a call on 0116 230 4299
