Be aware of scammers! They lie and do not do what they promise. Despite my numerous time contact and asking for review and refund of what I overpaid. My story lasts since Lune 2023, and all time they promise to review and refund. I emailed them my new contracts with Anglia Telecom, but nothing so far. They never reply!!! Last 3 weeks they even do not reply on phone calls!!!

I have been having difficulties with o2 BMD (Business Mobile Deals) because while I was using them they did not give my rebate every month this was a deal they had advertised in 2019. The deals was just pay £13 a month and respond to a txt message each month to let them know that my SIM was still active and they would give you a VAT rebate each month that would bring my bill down to £13 per month, it was OK at first I got my rebates each month but then the bill went up to £18 excluding VAT rebate but they kept the VAT on my bill forcing me to pay £51.00 per month even though I was responding to the app that was installed on my phone which deemed me to pay the full amount of £51.00 each month instead of £18.00 as promised with my rebate, as a result of this I felt conned and felt o2 BMD are in breach of the contract for not giving the rebate.
In December 2022 I talked to o2 agent about this over the phone, and they informed me that o2 BMD are being investigated because I was not the only one suffering with the same problem with o2 BMD and not to do anything until the investigation is concluded they told me that my SIM had been switched off
I did, not do anything but being still concerned about this I called o2 again in January and February but had to explain again about the situation with o2 BMD and that they had threatened me with a letter about my credit rating being downgraded and my debt sent to a debt collection Agency (Moorcroft Debt Recovery Limited)). But I was informed again that they are under investigation, and they had to fill a form in for me over the phone by asking me questions which if my memory serves me is what happened in December in the previous phone calls over the same matter
They sent another bill for £1323.59 on the 04/03/2023 which had to be paid by 18/03/2023 which I have not and will not because I was informed not to do anything until the investigation was complete. I have a private o2 account with o2 which I have been with for over 20 years with no problems of paying my bills.
I rang again to 20/03/2023 and had to explain all over again about o2 BMD not keeping to their contractual duties and pay my rebate and that I stopped paying in December 2022 because of this.
Now I have been informed that o2 BMD had been taken over by (Anglia Telecom Centre) of which I phoned them to explain the situation and they informed me that because my SIM had been switched off I need to speak to o2 customer service because there is nothing they can do from their side as o2 are the one who supply the air time and it is they who sent the bill. He also suggested that they switch my SIM back on and they would give me my rebates that are owed to me and that they do not work in the same way as o2BMD.
I rang o2 customer service and told them the situation and the o2BMD number involved of which they have informed me that the number 07923232179 is not on their records and there is nothing they can do but I need to write a letter to them explaining everything as the phone calls are not proof that I have been trying to sort this over the phone but if you record phone calls you will know by my private number that I have been trying to sort this matter out.
Now I am requesting a (subject access request to the calls I made to o2 about this complaint).
I find that this is in breach of contract under common law in which honouree of the price.

Terrible customer service. I contacted them multiple times in hope of getting my 5 months overdue rebates back but they have never replied or tried to help me out. I've also tried to leave their company multiple times but they keep trying to force me to stay.

This is a joke with BMD.Now anglea have sent me to sign one more time to get a rebate of £148 with in three month and it will be over and one of the customer support told me that I have three options to choose.
1. Get another contract with Anglea for minimum of three months.
2. Terminate your unlimited data with 02 and pay termination fee of £1400
2.continue paying £87.25 of the 36 month contract in signed with BMD without rebat as the rebate agreement limit of 18 month has passed.
I didn’t even know BMD have left and 02 know nothing and can’t tell me the data I consume every month.

Absolutely no contact from them having been through O2 to lodge a complaint. I tried contacting BMD through their app on numerous occasions when they didn't pay my November and December rebates. Absolutely no response. I contacted O2 to say BMD were in Breach of contract as they didn't pay my rebates and I wanted out of the contract. O2 told me they had gone into liquidation and that Anglia Telecom had taken over my contract. At no point did BMD contact me to let me know they were going out of business and that Anglia Telecom were taking over their clients. At no point did Anglia Telecom ever contact me to let me know they were now my new point of contact.
On O2's advice, I tried to contact Anglia Tel to talk about my contract but you cannot get through on their customer support telephone line.
I contacted O2 again and they tried to contact them on my behalf - they also got NO response. They said they had opened a ticket on my behalf and that Anglia Telecom would contact me within 48 hours. One Week later, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
O2 are an absolute joke and say they are powerless to do anything. BMD and ANGLIA TELECOM are in breach of contract and are uncontactable. ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS!!!!!!!!!

They are an absolute fraud of a company. They were called BMD previously and now Anglia telecom. They claim to give you rebate but they trick you the first month, it works fine, then after that you have to call atleast 10 times and you might get one months rebate back if you are lucky. They even changed their prices without my knowledge and claim this is on the contract. I'm so surprised that 02 are still dealing with these scammers with all these complaints. DO NOT JOIN THEM!!!!
