I had purchased 2 phone lines from BMD (BussinesMobileDeals) company. Unfortunately, this awful company has transferred its customers to Anglia Telecom. However, the terrible customer service persists. Not only have they failed to resolve the issues we had with BMD, but they are also trying to coerce us into signing a 36-month contract in exchange for forgiving some of the debts. The abysmal customer service we experienced with BMD continues with Anglia Telecom.

I am giving 1 star bcoz there is no option for zero star. They are scammers, first they had BMD business mobile deal and they robbed lots of innocent people and now they started the same dirt with different name.

I wish I can have -5 star i am waiting for my rebate since September 2022 call so many times mail them nobody reply back try to talk to o2 they don’t do anything ether now my phone stop working and want me to pay bill again but no one talk about rebate from 8 months waiting

They wont pay rebates, they wont pick up phones, they will take your money!
Do not pay if your contract says stuff differently as they are criminals and do not have rights to change without your agreement!

Yes,we get on this contract forever, but need keep writing complaints and please do not sign any new contract with Anglia, As me spending every day on the phone, because Anglia even not on Ombudsman leasted
Request from Anglia ADR BODY INFORMATION and they even didn't know what is that, about what agreement needs to talk if company can't provide information 🤔
I understand and confirm O2 didn't hold any contract with me directly,Anglia as well don't have any agreement with me. All this evidence confirm by email (if need go to court )
That means I'm free and canceling my contract if needed I will rich even moon to fight for costumer and human rights

Anglian telecom are cheater- get away from them. They are scam and crime partner with O2. Please won't sign the contract.

They are part of BMD mobiles, search them and see the mayhem.
STAY AWAY and do no sign any Contract with them. They lie and scam you with the fine print clauses

Very bad experience .I keep emailing about the rebates . No response , they ignore my emails . I have got the same experience from this company.They are as bad as BMD , 02 fraudsters

BMD customer coned into a contract with lies and untruths now Anglia have took over BMD no difference sent 5 emails with out reply and I’ve lost count of phone calls regarding my contract and unpaid rebates . Emailed a new contract with out any explanation in regards to the new contract.
My BMD contract was 36 months but only told 18 months raised a official complaint to BMD as a compensation they agreed full rebates for the 36 months .
I did sign a contract with Anglia for 11 months of owed rebates , I sent them a copy of my agreement with BMD .
Anglia have now cancelled my contract for 11 months sent a new contract for 36 which I signed and returned only to have this one cancelled with no email or phone call explaining what’s going on all I want is for what I was promised I am afraid Anglia are the new BMD all I wanted was the contract cancelled don’t want a new contract with Anglia or o2 both companies are con artists

I have been subject to legal robbery by BMD, unfortunately, they are using the O2 brand name to rob us.
I have four unpaid rebates to date, we need to leave them in masses and let them take legal action against us.
Recently I received an sms saying they have changed to another company named Anglia Telecom LTD, they are forcing the customer to sign another 36 months contract with the highest market price

A fraudulent company has been created by O2 to cover one of the biggest scam ever via business mobile deals . Avoid at any cost and something has to be done towards this companies and their scam they have so many victims.

I was scammed by business mobile deals. Net and 02 in to a missold contract and than they did defult on they own contract now bmd fold and the scammers is very cative dont trust 02 or partners 02, business mobile deals. Net and Terry O’Brien
