STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I genuinely cannot believe this company. Our luggage was booked for pickup today (Friday) and I was given a window of 9am - 5.30 pm so I’ve taken a day off work and also made arrangements for someone to pick my children up from school. Contacted Anglo to check if there was a more specific time the driver would come. This was at 12.40 pm which I was told 1pm-5pm. Would not make a difference since it was already 12.40pm. It got to 5.05pm and I just had a feeling there was no one coming. Phoned the company again and was put on hold. Then was told someone would call me back. No one has phoned me or my husband and the company has now closed until Monday!!! I have also sent an email too with no reply. We are flying back to Australia on Monday! I am truly furious! We have also paid a deposit which I doubt we will get refunded. Now have to organise over a weekend for another shipping company to pick up our belongings before we leave the country in 2 days!!! I cannot believe this company. DO NOT BOOK WITH ANGLO PACIFIC. An absolute disgrace of a company and you should all
Be ashamed you have left this much stress on my fsmily before we fly out of the country. Unbelievable

I completely understand how unacceptable this is, especially since you have taken time off work to receive the delivery. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. While our drivers can occasionally experience delays, they should still be able to fulfil their scheduled deliveries, and we regret that this did not happen in your case.
We have raised this matter again with our operations department, as we are continually striving to improve our services for our clients.

Jack Connolly (International Sales Consultant) has been my main point of contact from the initial quote through to confirming the documentation for the move, and he has been exceptional throughout. His communication has been clear, prompt (always replying within the hour or day), and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He’s provided great service by guiding me through each step of the process and making everything straightforward and stress-free.

We engaged Anglo Pacific to handle a rather complicated and elongated move of some items from the UK to the Gulf. All members of the team were highly professional and communicative throughout the whole process, from inital enquiry through to final delivery to our (new) door. Really good teamwork and service from Michael and Arman. I was quite nervous about the move and process but Michael was so helpful during the quoting process I choose to go with them. Arman also very helpful and answered my calls. I will also mention the packers were very professional.

Pleasing simple system!
Very pleased with the way that the consultation was carried out with Dominic (by video link). I was able to show him the items we are looking to take and he was able to offer advice on the amount of space needed. He was also able to send a tool that enabled us to see how much space other items would be likely to take up.
As we do not have a fixed date for moving, it was encouraging to see that they were able to offer me a fixed price and reassure us that final details can be put in place quickly when required.

Arman and Jack were very efficient and warm; they understood my needs and did their best to help me. The quote was excellent. They provided a quote much lower than the other quote I had. The crew, Matt and Lisa were friendly, courteous and efficient when they collected my goods. When the volume was less than the estimated volume, I was provided with a refund. From contacting to collecting was 2-working days.

Absolute worst company.They…
Absolute worst company.They disassembled my chair to get it through the door and did not reassemble before shipping. consequently damaged my chair.Stuff listed as packed are missing.employees left their clothing items behind in the house. Their delivery partner would not release my belongings until they had another customer in my area and charged for their FedEx costs.I think that there are other competent companies to select from.
To further respond to the company's reply dated october 28th. Anglo pacific should take responsibility for their screw ups instead of making it seem like their destination partner is entirely to blame.That's the problem with them. They never take responsibility for anything therefore I doubt that the company can actually improve.

When I was stranded by another company, Anglo Pacific saved the day with a last minute pack up and move to Sydney. I couldn’t be happier with Anglo Pacific’s service. When I needed to ship my some of my elderly parents’ belongings from the UK to New Zealand at short notice, Dominic Wyatt responded immediately and had the shipment collected within a week. Communication from Dipak Parmar, the move manager, was also excellent and his team turned up on time and very quickly and efficiently packed and removed the items. The customer service from both Dominic and Dipak was outstanding despite the time difference (I am in New Zealand) - I’ll go straight to Anglo Pacific for any future shipments. Great, fast and effective and communicative and good to deal with.
My one piece of feedback is that the insurance was complicated and it wasn't made clear this had to be done on top of the quote. Other companies include insurance in the quote which made this one look lower than it was, once insuracne is added

Dominic was great at not only taking the time to perform a detailed video survey but also provide comprehensive information on the move process (currently pencilled for next year). Everything was transparent, including all potential options for shipping and the prices involved.
