My item was a preorder so it took a while to arrive but unfortunately the box was fairly damaged, there were two dents/rips but it was a prize figure so I don't care that much.

I would suggest more packaging for protection reasons, the brown paper is enough for some products but not everything. I will still continue using this company though.

Ordered the first four volumes of a manga from them. They were very well packaged, each individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Thanks to that, the books arrived in mint condition and quickly, too! Very happy with the service and also the prices, and so I look forward to ordering the rest of the volumes from them to complete my collection. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

A great shop with brilliant prices, parcial payment and pre-ordering is really easy and lets you know when your item has arrived in stock ready to be shipped, making paying in parts a nice touch. Overall brilliant experience and definitely will be buying more items soon.

This company has the most caring workers in my opinion. I’ve only made 2 orders so far but the quality of service is insane. I first ordered a singular manga volume, which came in a cardboard envelope whilst also being bubble wrapped - there was no damage at all. Another second order of 10 manga and each 1-2 books were put in a bubble wrap pocket within the box. Normally on medium/large orders I am afraid as a volume or two may come damaged but every single one of these were perfect. You can tell the pickers for the orders actually care for the customer instead of other companies who seem like they just chuck the products into a box and ship it out. Shipping here is also very cheap with super fast dispatch, would highly recommend if they have your items in stock.

First order from OtakuHype just arrived :-) The Pop-Up Parade figure was a gift so I really appreciated the nicely wrapped boxed and that it was safely packaged to prevent any damage in shipping. Looking forward to buying from them again in the near future!

first company i’ve come across that ACTUALLY bubble wraps books instead of just wrapping them in paper. needless to say, everything arrived in perfect condition. shipping was quick [even considering the ongoing strikes] + the items were priced fairly. cannot fault them and will definitely be buying from them again in the future! thank you so much :)

Recently gotten into collecting figures and a particular one that I was after was out of stock on pretty much every website

Stumbled across OtakuHype which is another UK based figure store and they had the figure I wanted in stock and ready to ship asap

Paid a very fair price of around £45 which was cheaper than all resell/import sites

Order was sent out on the 15th and got an email saying it had been shipped on the 17th with a pre-prepared tracking number

Royal Mail dropped it off on the 21st, which was quicker than expected due to the strikes that were occurring at the time

Boxed was shipped nicely and came with a custom business card, love the art ^^^

Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future

Ordered a figure from Otakuhype and I was not disappointed in the slightest, the dispatch and delivery time was very quick and was well within the given time frame. The packaging was also something worth mentioning as my order was very well packaged and my item had no damage on it at all. Overall this was a very good experience and I will almost definitely be ordering from them again in the future. :)

Preorder arrived today on a new Popup Parade. The price was fair, the delivery speed was incredibly fast (once I remembered to check for the invoice, whoops) and the item came well packaged - plenty of padding and pretty sturdy to boot. Really happy with this and would definitely buy from them again.
