Although ordering the goods was straightforward, the delivery was not. Delivery was made to the wrong house with a different postcode than mine. Only the kindness of another person ensured that goods were redirected with a days delay. Surely the courier should be able to use a Sat Nav correctly.

I used them for the first time last week and had to contact them as I had given an incomplete address. They were helpful and so efficient. This is such a rarity these days. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again.

I ordered a household flea treatment. It was competitively priced. It came when they said it would. They charge for delivery on smaller purchases but were cheaper than elsewhere so I wasn't so worried about that.

Waited over a week for my dogs medication said they didn't have my prescription when they have had it for three months. Better administration needed.

As one of my cats has a kidney condition she needs special food. This is extremely expensive to purchase at the vets. I have also checked Animal Medicine's prices against other companies and find theirs to be the most competitive. I can order on line from Animal Medicines at any time of the day and have the food delivered directly to my house. I have recommended them to a work colleague and she also was impressed by their service.

I have to order lots of syringes for my cat that needs injections twice per day. Over the last year this company has not let me down and with the free postage offer over a certain amount means I get what I want at a reasonable price(Not always the cheapest but the most reliable) This company delivers the service I require.

Can not recommend Animal Medicines highly enough. their website is easy to navigate. It is easy to re-order and I have always received my goods extremely quickly, packaged well and in good condition.

I have ordered James Wellbeloved food pouches for my cat from Animal Medicines a few times. Whilst Animal Medicines appear to despatch the order in a reasonable time, actual delivery is rather slow. AM emailed to say that my latest order was despached on 25 November and when I tracked it yesterday (8 December) with the courier company it was still "awaiting collection".
