I recently ordered from Animal Medicines Royal Canin Canine Renal dogfood 2x12x410g tins (order ID AM01182141. This duly arrived safely in a reasonable timescale; however before that arrived another delivery arrived with the same dispatch note but containing 4 boxes of 12 sachets of Sensitivity Control Chicken & Rice Feline. As this was not what I had ordered I telephoned Animal Medicines to report the situation. Everyone was busy so I left a message and asked for a return call to find out how to return this item. (I have no cat)! I have heard nothing since.

Order of cat and dog food. Parcel turned up in good time and although cat food order was correct, dog food completely wrong - different brand, different size and for a puppy not adult. Same day, left voicemail (as all lines busy) and sent email to advise. Tried several times more same day and couldn't get through. Tried again next day - through straightaway and all sorted out though still had to go and buy additional food for a few days whilst waiting for replacement to arrive. So, once through to someone, responded efficiently but they did not respond to my email nor call previously.

Item did not arrive on time!

Have you used Animal medicines before,I got told about it by a friend so i had a look at there web site,I couldn't believe the prices of there flea treatment it is half the prices if you got it from the vets, so I would tell other people about it.

I contacted Animal Medicine to buy Flubanvent powder for my 4 chickens.A representative phoned me the next day to make sure I new how to use the medication and to inform me of any contra indications.they are very professional that's why I always use them and will continue to.
