I recently bought some Frontline Flea drops for my dog. The cost was a lot less than on the high street. Delivery was prompt and I encountered no problems. Its not the first time I've used this company and it certainly won't be the last.

Ordered some tablets for my dog from animal medicines as they were a lot cheaper than other shops also repeated order every 3 months which saves me the hassle of re-ordering again. Bought iams dog food, same again a lot cheaper and was delivered the next day.

I have always had great service from animal medicines. Bit of a hicup this time and while I really appreciate that they contacted me as they thought I had ordered the wrong strength worming tablet for my cat, I was not happy that even after 4 days of me sending in an inquirey email explaning I never received a reply...I did get my worming tablets but still a reply would have been nice...another small grip I have(and I have this about all contact numbers) as I use a mobile the 0800/084/087 numbers are very expensive to ring so can you not have an alternative please.

Competitvely priced goods, but very slow delivery - I wont be using again.

I ordered Frontline flea/tick treatment together with Advocate flea/worm treatment however I didn't realise a prescription was needed for Advocate.
Totally my fault but when I decided against pursuing a prescription a no quibble refund was given.

I have purchased from Animal Medicines since they were in Scotland which would be about 20 years and frankly I will be looking around for another company in the future. I sent two emails regarding the purchase and received no response. One of the products was very disappointing so I have sent the unopened one back. I sent an email regarding on Monday and have not received a response. There are other companies that will be delighted with my business.

We have used you for some time now and find the service very good.
We have also used an on line competitor, but on this occassion the prices were identical.

I bought 2 flea treatments from them .I decided to use them because they promised quicker economy deliver than the others I had looked at a slightly cheaper price. Well that didn't work- it took over a week to get 2 small boxes (think 16 aspirin) to me and cost £4 ???? WHAT? Im sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous! Royal mail would of been cheaper and quicker using recorded delivery and I would of been happy and not felt conned by their delivery schedule . Good products terrible delivery that takes forever. Why can't they use Royal Mail for small boxes and know we will get them quickly and cheaply??????
