Got an email telling me if I spent over £19.90 I would get free delivery, I placed my order and guess what got charged ? Sent an email to them couldn't even reply.

I accidentally ordered a prescription flea treatment as it was not at all clear on the product page that one was required. I have emailed them twice asking for a non-prescription replacement but although they have taken my money they have not responded to my email.

I ordered 3lots of flea treatment. Nearly 4weeks later had not received this order. On ringing the company I was told my order had not been fulfilled (l had confirmation of this order)and that the order would be posted out to me first class post. I would receive it in 2days but I did not receive it then it took 5 days to reach me. Totally unacceptable and I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

Fast and efficient.

Placed an order on the 16th September, Have contacted them twice this week via their website requesting that they get back to me regarding my order. Still no reply and still no goods. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Very unlikely to shop with them again. Animalmedicines please hurry with a response and please hurry with my goods !!!!

It said on the site the item would take 5 working days to arrive but it arrived within 3 days.
I am really impressed with the service and the speed in which this company gave.

I ordered Acclaim Flea Spray from Animal Medicines because the price was good. Order number AM00744588. I ordered in the evening on 17th September but my order was not dispatched until I emailed them to check what was happening on 23rd September. My order then arrived quickly (it arrived today, 25th September). On a separate point the "Your order has been placed" and "Your order has been dispatched" emails both said in the header "FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £19.90" but this price is incorrect, it should say orders over £29.00. If Animal Medicines offer good prices (as they did on this occasion) I would be willing to try them again but I think they need to improve their service.

i found the site not easy to get arround, i quit on my first attempt as i couldnt find the payment place

Everything was delivered as promised and the prices very reasonable.

Great product delivered very quickly and less than half the price my vets were charging!!

As I write this review it will be 6 days after I first placed my order and I have only received the initial email stating that my order was being processed. Order number: AM00672410.
I had payed for the premium delivery which is supposed to arrive within 24 hours and let have heard nothing since.
I am very disappointed with this site.

Website is user friendly and really easy to navigate your way around to find everything at very competitive prices.

I ordered some flea treatment over 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Not impressed with service. Will not use again.

I ordered Frontline and was surprised how quickly it arrived. A great company to deal with.

Goods were delivered very quickly and not delivery charge - excellant and thank you!

Tried to order about 4 days earlier, but the website would not let me complete the payment.
As the items were in the basket i had another go and reaised i had not said the items were for a dog, after that completed ok.
Fast delivery and good price, would use again.

This company is easy to use, and very good, quick service .Prices are good.

I have used Animal Medicines several times to buy Drontal worming tablets and Frontline flea treatments for my cat and I must say that the service is second to none.The prices are always very competitive and delivery is very quick.I would recommend them to anyone buying items for their pets.
