I've been looking for a pet friendly…
My cat has been stressed after a cat come into the house and peed in the hallway. So Eric began to pee up my curtain every so often. After thoroughly washing them I have been using the Don't Pee Here spray as directed. So far after about 3/4 weeks he hasn't peed. He comes for a sniff sometimes and walks away. I actually found the smell ok. I was expecting some kind of horrible strong scent but it's OK and I wouldn't mind spraying it regularly for the foreseeable future. I'd definitely recommend.

I was really surprised how quickly the items were shipped, knowing I placed my order on Sunday. Everything I ordered has arrived, which I find surprising at this time of the year.
I know this is outside shop's control, but courier(s) did a great job as well, which is a nice bonus :)

Perfect products, excellent customer service and fantastic value for money. I was able to find everything I needed for my cats. Item still hasn't arrived shocking delivery via…
Item still hasn't arrived via Yodel?!?!.
Was supposed to be a 2-5 day delivery which would have been 4 days ago at the latest?!?.
Lisa is being nice but I just want a refund now.
Update. I ordered on 22nd November with a 2-5 working days delivery. Which would have been 30th November. Lisa has been nothing but pleasant and helpful when contacted.
Yodel keep changing the status from 'in transit's to awaiting seller 'drop-off'. I can't contact Yodel?!?. No surprise ?!?!
I've sent. A further email saying yodel are now saying they haven't got the delivery?
At the end of the day I'm having to pay £20 for a medicated shampoo for my dog (X2) and now I have had to order from another company. My dog is under Vetcare for her skin so it's super important. I only get 2 baths out of 1 bottle.
Surely someone can track down and kick some but to get my delivery sorted.
How come my daughter sent a large parcel last week to California and it was received in 3 days?!?! yet I can't get a small parcel from Exeter?
My last reply didn't have a name contact but basically I need to check with Yodel.
Just rubbish.

We do not usually use cheap couriers, however, during the many Royal Mail strikes, we had to find alternative carriers. We always advise our customers to use our guaranteed delivery shipping services in cases where items are required urgently, to ensure your item is received by the date you need it by. To assist us in resolving the matter promptly, we kindly requested that you send us a photo of the sticker you mentioned and the expiry date. However, we have not yet received this information from you.
Regarding the packaging of the products we sell, we want to assure you that we do not apply stickers or tamper with the packaging. All packaging is received as it is from the wholesaler or manufacturer.
During our phone conversation earlier today, we offered you a full refund as a resolution to address the issue. We regret this was not mentioned in your review.

There was a delivery problem on part of Royal Mail…
There was a delivery problem on part of the order when Royal Mail delivered it next door ( on holiday) and failed to drop a notification card though our door. All sorted in the end with the prompt and efficient help of Lisa at APPS. Well done!
