Really nice shirt! It turned out just as advertised and truly beautiful. It was a gift for my wife and she really loved it.

I saw this shirt on facebook and knew I had to have it for my daughter. A great present and the quality is excellent!

I ordered a hoodie as a birthday gift for my daughter. I paid $49.94 but what I received was a very poor imitation of what I saw on the website. The black cat was a splotchy gray, with the baby blue material showing through what looked like a poorly applied iron on decal. On other parts of the shirt there were black ink spots. There is no way to call anybody by phone. Their phone number is a recorded message with no customer service option. I sent multiple emails with photos and offered to mail back the shirt I received, but I just kept receiving the same prewritten email that refunds are not an option and they would reprint the shirt. I paid with PayPal so it would be easy for them to refund the payment. I do not want another lousy product and it would be too late to give as a birthday gift. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Extremely disappointed. I placed my order in May we're in july and still haven't received it. 80 dollars

I have been waiting for 12 weeks, and had been charged immediately. I did NOT know it was from China, as I had purposely looked up city before ordering, and it shows Indianapolis, SO continual false advertising - even continuing to show the 2-3 weeks delivery. Very disappointing. Continual email checking gets nowhere, nor the replies that stress my request is being forwarded. Very very upsetting for a business that seemed legit. I do have a number and plan to call tomorrow, not that it will do any good. Under FrvLove the phone number is 1-833-933-1816. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY.

I received the masks today and must say that I am REALLY disappointed in your products!
#1.... they advertised that they were made in the USA and they came from China! Which took 2 months to get! False advertising!
#2 ... They do not look like the masks on their website either! The eyes are sewn and put in the wrong fold of the mask.
#3 ... Then I wore one to the market today and LITERALLY could NOT breathe! LITERALLY! The material is so HOT and constricting! When I inhaled, the material would go up my nose and when I exhaled the mask wouldn't let the air go out of it and it became extremely HOT! These are poorly made!
This isn't a way to do business!
They need to do something about how these are made and have them made in the USA!
I WILL BE EXPECTING A REFUND!

This is truly a scam, just got email that my”order” has shipped..........checking the tracking THEY ARE COMING FROM CHINA!!!!! They will be burned on arrival. These people should be ashamed of themselves ripping others off! LIARS!!!!

Been waiting 6 weeks so far.

I want to know who these people are. There telephone number no longer works and they have had my 50.00 dollars since April 16, 2020. It is know May 26. I have never spoken to a live person. I hope they enjoy the money they have stolen from me. If they are actually a business they have the worst communication skills on this earth. Dianne Arthur

My mask is very comfortable, lightweight, & if you love kitties, great!!!

The dog mask is really cute but I wear glasses so it fogs up. I was able to put the bottom edge of my glasses on the top of the mask and that helped it not fog up. When I purchased the mask I was not thinking about my glasses.

I ordered a wolf mask and it did take a while but with how things are with the virus it was to be expected but the mask is of very good quality and I love the print.

Yes, my mask did take a while to actually receive, but I am very happy with it now that I have it and glad I ordered it. They pretty much made you aware when ordering it that they are a small company and will create the masks as they are ordered. It is a high quality mask, very comfortable and the print is good quality. I had tried to order some regular masks online and they were all back-ordered. So it is to be expected in today's world.

I would NEVER order anything from this company again, as they took the purchase price from my credit card immediately but they have not sent the item - even within their own shipping guideline of 14-21 days.
When I requested a refund as AnimalsPlanet obviously did not have the item in stock as they stated (I have waited 30 days now for confirmation of a delivery date), they say that my purchase is still in progress and as the order was processed immediately, a refund is not possible.
I warned them that I was going to leave a negative review regarding their ordering process, shipping information and customer service, but I received no further reply. BEWARE.
