I ordered my shoes during the BOGO event from tiktok, November29, and I finally received them a few week later, December 21. I was expecting the shoes to arrive in a shoe box, what I got was a bag with 2 sacks for each pair. When I inspected the shoes they were creased, one of the shoes was basically folded in half, and a couple of the logos were folded in half, or sagging. The quality is fairly decent. Over all decent pairs of shoes, it's gonna take a couple of YT videos to bring them back to life.

P.s. I posted a picture on my snap and got roasted, and was told I bought ripoffs, but I'm not a "shoe guy" so I don't really care, they look good to me.

DO NOT ORDER! It takes about a month to receive your 1 pair of shoes (Keywords: 1 pair). I did the 2 for the price of 1 deal and had BOTH shoes in my cart. I even have a picture they sent me with BOTH shoes on order and they sent me an Order and Tracking Number with BOTH shoes but I only received one pair.

Customer service was really engaging at first while my order was being processed and in transit but after I told them I only received One Pair, they ghosted my ass. Don't FREKEN advertise a Two for One Sale if you aren't going to deliver what you promised.

And don't get me started on the shoes themselves. They are flimsy, dog crap material. Definitely not worth the $90 I spent. I figured, hey, they are worth $45 since I get two pairs. These shoes are like worth $10 from Wal-Mart because they look like beetle dung. NEVER EVER EVER EVER buying from these ass-hats again. Had I received both pairs, I would have left a positive review and just kept them both as a collectors item, because I'm definitely not wearing them in public. But Now I just feel ripped off that I paid $90 for these pieces of rag filth.

Really disappointed. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and have only received one pair. I have attempted to contact by email, their contact form on website, and in the chat via their website with no response. The main contact email on their website doesn't work either.

So I'm giving these guys a one star only because their customer service is non-existent. I'm not sure if there's even someone over there who does customer service (which is a HUGE deal to me and should be for any customer). I'm floored to see that there are people who say that they have made contact with animeoasis.co because I sure haven't. I ordered, luckily, during their BOGO and got four pairs. I actually have them and they look very nice like the pic (defs not made to last though). HOWEVER, I was given a non-existent tracking number, no one ever got back to me and it was almost 30 days of the unknown before my shoes arrived to me (which surprised me too b/c hi, non-existing tracking number). Sent plenty of emails to these guys too. Honestly, with the amount I have to pay (even technically for 2 shoes), it's a lot of money and these guys aren't liable and leave their customer in the dark. I AM missing 2/3 of my mask order which they still haven't gotten back to me. They probably never will but I'm going to see if I can get refunded.

For a hit-or-miss, there's a lot of miss with a small hit. I really want these guys to be great but a lot of my experience buying from them is unacceptable and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. No one gets back to you despite how many texts, emails, and chats you have. Tracking numbers don't work, no support from the company... Would not recommend, will not buy again.

This is a scam. I ordered shoes 4 weeks ago, received and order confirmation and shipping notice and NOTHING. No shoes - the tracking number is not real, the phone number is in Atlanta and a random guy answers and has no idea what I am talking about. They have not responded to one email. It is horrible to steal from kids who save up for a product that they are so excited about. You are hateful people.

Very bad, like everyone else we recently ordered the buy one get one free & we only received one par of shoes & no contact at all after sending multiple emails & chat messages etc. no reply, looks like we won't be getting the other pair & the first pair we did get does not match the description of the shoes on the website- the anime characters face is all weird coloring not bright & perfect like the website- the shoes look like they will not last long. my 10 year old daughter used her own money to purchase these & she is gutted-a hard lesson learnt...

I ordered and can't view my order either. Bogus order number. Sent them a text and no reply.

Took advantage of the BOGO offer for shoes on the 28th of this November. My daughter decided she did not want them. I have tried email, which is apparently no good, I have tried to respond to a text multiple times they sent, which says “ just respond to this text if you have any questions” I have tried contacting them through their website and chat I don’t know how many times and have gotten zero response. How convenient of them to take your money but cannot be bothered to respond. Horrible company, horrible customer service. I should have read the reviews before I went to this site. This was my mistake, I will try and dispute charges with my CC company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY and your sanity…..

Ordered middle of November, received a tracking number that doesn't exist. Can't get ahold of the company. Will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Shock to see these negative reviews. I ordered during buy 1 get 1 free sale and had a fantastic experience. I received both shoes and absolutely love them. They had customer service on there website where you can chat with them and they were quick to respond. I had a great experience unfortunately can’t speak for the others that didnt.

Ordered two pairs of shoes during a BOGOF offer.
Only received one of the pairs.
Attempts to contact customer service have been ignored via live chat, and emails just bounce.
As for the sneakers that did arrive, the lighting flash sewn onto the outsides of the shoes is laughable.

Let me start with I ordered these shoes for my fiancé and these things were basically 90 bucks. I ordered my shoes and actually received them in a very timely manner but when I got them not only were they not the shoes I ordered but I ordered them during a buy one get one deal and never received my other pair of shoes. The packaging was all worn and torn from shipping which is understandable that packaging can get a little dirty and banged up in shipping but this thing was absolutely ripped open same with the “protective” cheap thin bag they put them in. The state of the shoes were absolutely horrible the pattern on the side of the shoes were just a fake leather pattern poorly sewn onto the sides of the shoes holding on by like 3 stitches on each end making it very easy for them to tear off if they were to get caught, the tongue of the shoe was sloppy looking and uneven, there were NO INSOLES IN THE SHOES and the white soles of the shoes had big black ugly skid marks as if they were dragged across fresh asphalt. I tried sending them several emails trying to ask for the right shoes or an exchange for them if not a refund and they never replied to my SEVERAL emails and messages with photos of my issue on their “chat support” option on their website. VERY unhappy it’s obvious these shoes are very cheaply and poorly made, don’t make the same mistake and buy these horrible shoes like I did because they’ll do everything in their power to just blatantly ignore any and all refund or exchange requests.

Terrible! Unable to contact anyone about anything. The concept was super cool and the shoes looked great, just wish this company was legit. Trying to figure out how to cancel this order or get in contact with someone. The confirmation text which states any questions just reply to this text is trash! Not one response. I should have known better than to buy something from a TikTok ad without doing my own research first. Don't even bother with this place! I contacted them on their website through the "Contact Us" tab and then I went and sent an email to the email listed on the bottom the page, no surprise that my email got sent back saying the email address does not exist.

Major scam alert. The buy one get one is false advertising they only send you one pair and the pair they sent me was in the size listed for the other pair so I cant even wear them. No way to contact seller and I guess they're lucky for that because there's something that happens to scammers. Cowards.

I honestly think this a pretty big scam. I placed an order with them yesterday and within 24hrs I tried to cancel my order and I couldn’t. 5 emails, two texts and nothing I told them that I was getting my bank involved so hopefully we’ll see if they answer but I’m not expecting they will

Just like pretty much everyone else here, I only received one pair despite expecting and paying for two. They are cheaply made and, while they look nice, you can just tell they are going to fall apart in no time at all. They are better left on a shelf for decoration based on how lightweight and cheap they feel. Obviously if you’re super invested in buying these shoes, go for it, but take caution because you’re definitely overpaying.

Thinking I got scammed. I placed an order last week. My son changed his mind before he knew I had already bought some shoes. At BOGO I thought "heck yeah what a good Christmas present" I immediately tried to cancel my order. Within 24hrs. Now it's a week later, 8 emails, 4 texts and phone numbers that aren't working, I haven't heard crap back. Now I get an email that my order has shipped. But I don't need it now. Will update my review if they turn out to honor my request. But definitely not looking like it. So out $89 on something my kid don't want and won't wear

You guys must not have tried very hard, because all you do is add two pairs to your cart and it deducts the price off of one of the pairs, so it is buy one get one free. Why would you think if you put one in your cart, you’d end up with two? Anywhoo, im excited to receive them and inform you guys how they are!
