Great experience honestly shocked to see the bad reviews. I got both pairs during the buy 1 get 1 free sale and love them! Maybe y’all didn’t add two shoes to cart and just expected them to give one free pair. You have to add two shoes to get the free pair. Regardless my experience was good sad to see others didn’t have the same experience.

Overall my experience with anime oasis was great! I put the wrong size for one of my shoes and Matthew at customer service helped me fix it right away he was very nice and accommodating! I got two shoes during the buy 1 get 1 free special for my son and he absolutely loves them!

DO NOT BUY

I bought during buy 1 get 1 free only 1 pair came and I have emailed and no response. So I thought I would google and here I am! I should have looked here first!
TOTAL SCAM!!

We have purchased during the buy one get one free and only received one pair of shoes. Did we misunderstood the ad for it being Buy 1 shoe 👞 (1 foot, left shoe) and get the other shoe (1 foot, right shoe) for free? We actually thought the ad was buy one pair (2 feet, left and right) and get another pair (2 feet, left and right) for free.

The company is truly a real scam and you should feel really bad and they don't reply to instant messages or emails.

Received only one pair of my buy one get one free deal. They’re absolute garbage very poorly made the stitching is atrocious and basically held together by thin thread and a prayer. Cannot get through to anyone at customer service, will never buy from them again.

DO NOT ORDER. They sent one shoe not 2-4-1 as advertised. The shoe has damage. The swoosh is hanging off, the stitching is frayed and it has a typed address in the leather! They do not answer the phone number listed on my cc statement. They answered a chat once but never again and they do not respond to emails .

Bought a pair during their “buy one, get one free”. Avoid. They did not send both pairs. Their customer service is useless, they do not respond instantly on their chat and they do not respond to their emails either. Pretty awful scam. The one pair that did came do look really nice, but doesn’t make up for the fact that they lied about the get one free, and have completely ghosted us about that part.

So I just bought shoes during the buy - get 1 free sale. I just go them in and am am so happy I bought them! I saw the other reviews and some people weren’t happy but for me my experience was great!

I bought shoes during the buy 1 get 1, i got 1 pair and not only were they not boxed but the live chat will not answer me and ive emailed 3 to 4 times asking where my 2nd pair are and nobody has answered....its been over a week. Sure i was happy to see 1 pair come in but seriously only 1? And they cant even answer me? If you guys want the exact same shoes at less of a cost and better service plus more variety.....ali express .....ive decided to start buying on there. Please dont take a gamble on anime oasis, it really is a gamble.

Shoes haven’t came since ordering and I believe I read the website said it will take 6-7 Days for delivery, but the shoes haven’t came since a week ago. I do not know where they are located but I hope I did not get scammed.

I must say, the site is very sketch. All the reviewer names are typed the same, their first name, and the first letter of their last name. The “buy 1 get 1 free deal” seemed to good to be true, and I couldn’t find any reviews on the site anywhere else on the internet. The customer service was terrible, i just cancelled my order, and I’m supposed to be getting my money back in 2-3 business days. To be honest, I doubt I’ll get my money back. The photo reviews of the shoes are real, I reverse image searched them, and they’re also not anywhere on the internet. The photos of the shoes that they “took” are all fake. There’s no order tracking aswell.
