The color of surface removed after keeping in my backpack

Ordered the Anker Laptop power bank 165W and it arrived relatively quickly.
But after 3 months of use one of the inbuilt cables had connection issues and wasn’t charging properly.
So I wrote an email to the customer service and after providing the serial number they send out a replacement unit and provided a shipping label for the faulty power bank.
All in all useful product, great service.

i ordered from Anker an Anker Nano Powerbank. i have recieved the info that it has arrived but never recieved it or neither have i recieved a receipt on pick up from post. please return my money ASAP ( order no: R030101501289S)

Spontaneously decided to write a review for Anker because I just really had pleasant experiences with them throughout the years. I recommend this brand to my friends and family, especially the cables/charger and the mini powerbank which is fantastic for traveling on a plane or any other public transportation. It is very practical.

The chargers and charging cables so far have all held up really well, and the one time there was a recall, my friend who bought the powerbank on my recommendation received an email and got a replacement without issues.

I was on the phone with customer service for her and the customer service there was great. Minimal waiting time, efficient, friendly, competent and could speak the language required without me having to ask for a repeat because of heavy accent.

The gas heating boiler works from the station without any problems or additional options, unlike charging stations from other companies.

I ordered a charger from Anker. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the display, but the company replaced the device quickly and without any problems. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I’m very grateful for their fast and efficient customer service. Highly recommended!

Awful customer service. The company delayed my order with a month. After I contacted customers service we needed one week to finally reach the point when they are going to resend my product and after that they told me that it is out of stock. So the options were refund or I wait, but how long....nobody tells.

I purchased a C1000x from your online store. The information received from you Ai assistant/ chatbox and of your customer service representative by email is incorrect. The C1000x is not suitable for my appliances. I have been trying to return the unit for one week now and have been told that I have to wait until your warehouse becomes available to process my return because your warehouse is currently undergoing an upgrade. Your logistic issues should not become my problem. 20 emaiks further Anker Solix is ignoring my emails. My home is not a ( free) storage facility for your products and the huge packaging in my corridor has become a hinder standing in the way.Honor your return policy and issue a return label or valid return adres so I can return the unit.

This is the perfect portable power station. I have charged it and let it sit for months and not lost any power. We use it to run multiple LED signs, lights, and an iPad for our event tent. We have never needed more than a single full charge for multiple events.
