Quick and Easy online ordering

Easy online ordering process with quick shipping and items were all very well packaged and in great shape upon arrival! I actually used it the very next day during a power outage and everything the subpanel powered ran great!
This is my third Anker purchased and would not hesitate to purchase another!

Thr products i purchased are great, the sales and support is where the help is needed...
Custom cable options would also be great, eg F3800 stacking and backup interconnects ..
Overall would definitely purchase again.

We took our new power box camping

We took our new power box camping. It powers up cell phones without using hardly any power at all, like less than one percent for a full charge on my phone. We used it to bring our Keurig with us camping, which was a really cool idea. We were going to use it for a fan but ended up not needing it. It was great to have and kept the charge the whole time. We can’t and used that power box for two days and only used about 28% of the charge. I would definitely recommend for family campers. I plan on using it in a power outage as well.

Good Blend of Convenience and Power

For us, the C1000x is a very good compromise between portability and power/capacity. We’re trying it out around the house and can envision taking on a camping trip. We’ve also been charging it with up to three 200W solar panels so we like the “free” energy!

The perfect form factor

I do love this little power station. The form factor is ideal for the specific purpose I have for it. Other small power stations fit in the space in my vehicle reserved for a small unit, but this one fits in that same space while leaving enough space for proper airflow to keep the unit from getting too hot. This was the major selling point for me.

There is one quirk where the AC power consumption is listed in hertz rather than watts, but that's not a major issue at all.

The charger is not charging phone well

Update: the support team is very good. They helped me .

The charger is not charging phone well. All night charged only 20%! I am disappointed !

So far it works flawlessly

A little expensive, but so far works flawlessly. Tried a cheaper brand, which started failing after a couple of months. Knowing Aner's reliability, hope this will be much better.

ANKER SUPPORT, DOES IT EXIST?

I bought an Anker car charger at the end of November 2024, it didn't work right away. Because it was sold by Anker I had to interface with Anker and not with Amazon. I sent and received more than 10 emails, without solving anything, today is May 9, 2025 and I still have the non-working car charger, no replacement only useless words from Anker support, really bad and for what? For an object that costs 12 euro to the final consumer.

I got scammed

I got scammed. I bought an Anker usb hub from what appeared to be the legit sit of the Anker's division in Italy (it even was a https one). I bought 3 and spent 104€. I had been in contact with Anker assistance throughout the purchasing process, because of a few snags. Then I managed to pay and I never got a feedback so I contacted Anker again and they said I bought from an unofficial site. They also said there have been instances of con vendors building fake sites and using their name, which is absolutely preposterous in 2025. What kind of company are you to let this happen? As a proof of their incompetence (or worse) now that fake scam site is still online operating, almost 1 month after my purchase. I'm done with this company. And don't believe the fake 5-star review on this company on this site and elsewhere. Chinese fakery all around.

WARNING - Anker Warranty Scam

I purchased a braided charging cable solely based upon the 18 month "hassle free" manufacturing warranty offered by Anker. After 4 months the cable stopped working properly. Having provided all pertinent details concerning the product , copy of store receipt using their website, Anker support declined my claim by referencing a completly different product with an expired warranty. All replies from Anker were essentially automated, and would not address the error. Apparently, according to multiple posts on Redditt, Anker has been misleading customers for years regarding its warranty. You've been warned.
