The woman who helped me was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Quick delivery and the the item was beautiful made. My friend has it hanging on her necklace.

Ordered the oversized blouse on a whim. Delivery was fast, but high shipping costs. Decided right away it wasn’t for me, so wanted to return it. Cost me 8€ to return the package and I have yet to receive any confirmation. It’s been a week.

The blonde employee was incredibly helpfull and nice when picking a necklace as a gift for my friend! She even tried them on to get a good understanding of how it will look on my friend.

I bought a beautiful par of earrings from Anna + Nina when I was visiting Amsterdam last week, but I quickly noticed that one of the earrings were loose at the lock after I bought it, so I quickly went back to get it checked. I got confirmed that it was a defect and weren’t supposed to be “that loose”. Then I got a new pair that was fine, afterwards it got loose again after one day wearing them and I went back again to get them checked, they tightened it and it seemed to work. A week later the earrings fell off and now I just have one of them.

Pretty disappointing and sad on the quality as it cost me 50€ for a pair that didn’t last more then a week.

I had bought a pair of earrings in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, I lost one of them, so I wanted to order them again. The order went through fine, except that a few days later I received an e-mail stating that they had been discontinued. I was disappointed.

The earring is just stunning and works with so many of my outfits. I love your jewellery.
