Found a great shop in my travels
I was traveling in Amsterdam and happened upon Anna + Nina. I went in to browse, the staff member who was assisting me very knowledgeable about the items offered and pointed out various options. I found the perfect silver hoop earrings, just the right size, simple, elegant, an excellent price.

I loved the products
I loved the products, everything is store is super noce. Although the service is quite terrible. No empathy or willingness to help, no coteusness towards the client, negative experience all in all. If they didn’t have cool products it would be worth going.. typical Amsterdam store :(

Lovely selection, people & piercing service
Got pierced at the Rotterdam (no cartilage) and Amsterdam locations and purchased earrings in store. Had a lovely experience at both locations. Very helpful, kind and patient employees. Good sized selection in store. Good value (when piercing, April 2023, I only payed the cost of the earrings ranging from 18.95 - 49.95 per earring for the no cartilage gun piercings and on average 160.00 per earring for the actual piercings). They also provided an after care kit with sprays for a few euro’s which I thought was nice and convenient. Would recommend!

Wrong item
Normally all goes well but this time I got a wrong item, not the one I ordered. I see the item I wanted is actually now showing as sold out. Tried to contact client service and could not get through. So not nice as I will probably have to send back the wrong item and get nothing instead.
