This dress fits like a glove. And shipping was so quick!

The shipment was a lot faster than we expected. The customer service for our custom made dress via email was very personal and professional and definitely helped us to get the dress we wanted.
The dress itself it stunning, beautifully made, and packaged.
Ever so slightly too big but nothing we can’t get sorted with a local seamstress.

The only word I can think of is just WOW! The dress was perfect and looked exactly like the picture and I was in awe. Every detail was done to perfection and just looked absolutely stunning! There were a couple of alterations that I wanted to make to the dress which I was able to sort out with the customer service team who were not only prompt in answering back to my queries (within 1-2 business days) but were really patient in making sure that every detail was sorted out before I made my final purchase. Initially when I went to purchase the dress, it had a deliver estimate of sometime in January 2023 yet my event was in December 2022 and I let the customer service people know and they rushed the order for me and I ended up getting it at the end of October having only ordered in the first week of October! Even for the short time frame, the dress was made to perfection with no flaws whatsoever and I am more than happy with everything. I'll be back for sure for any future events, thanks again for everything!!

Imagine receiving the wrong dress in the wrong size (an error made by L&N Luxe Label) and being refused a refund. Proof was provided of the incident and I had been reaching out since AUGUST (it is now October) trying to get a response. Of course, the company refused to wave their no refund policy, even after the dress had been returned in perfect condition, unworn, and with tags attached. I think I was being generous considering the customs fee I was charged…I do not even need a dress anymore…what am I to do with ‘store credit’, a waste of time, and a terrible experience?

My suggestion: refine your customer service reply time and update your policies…ridiculous. It also may be helpful to stay in contact with the same representative rather than being transferred to 5 and counting…

I took a risk and ordered my formal dress online, and I trusted alamour. Best decision!! my dress perfectly fitted me with the help of alamour, the quality was amazing.

After reading these reviews I’m quite certain that I won’t receive my dress on time for the wedding. I’m only writing this review so that before anyone thinks about purchasing their wedding dress they think twice and find a different alternative. I too was fooled by the quick responses before the purchase of the dress and a month prior to checking progress but then the closer the date of the actual estimated delivery came around no emails explaining why the delay ( highly unprofessional on their part), can’t get through to them via email, phone, WhatsApp. “They are all temporarily disconnected” and I have exhausted all my avenues to reach out as I am flying out of the country with no wedding dress which I paid for in FEBRUARY!

Whatever the situation might be a heads up on their part explaining the delays, progress is their responsibility. After taking someone’s money to stop all communication is the most unprofessional behaviour I’ve seen from a company that calls themselves a “luxury Lable”. Highly disappointed. I’m Merely trying to reach out to them to find a different alternative to get the dress to me. I have started looking for a different dress and I urge all you ladies who are waiting to do the same. If the dress doesn’t make it in time you can keep the dress and send me a refund. Thanks

I have also tried to contact them by calling and emailing, but there were no responses. I order at march 30, but i still haven’t heard back with a shipping label or an email that they have made my dress. The estimated delivery date was may 3. This is actually devastating since I was looking forward for the dress.

I ordered my dress about a month ago and have received no shipping updates. I’ve emailed several times & have gotten no response. My prom is in two weeks and I have not gotten any updates. Customer Service sucks and get no help. My order number is AN19127 & would like to get updates!!

My dress is amazing and everything that I wanted yet customer service is very slow and unreliable which caused much stress when not receiving many updates. I would say order at least a month before your event to be sure it comes in time due to delays that may happen and have patience.

Ordered a custom prom dress for my sister’s senior prom. Got in contact with customer support for sizing recommendations and to request adjustments be made to the neckline and back of the gown. I also provided a hard deadline for when I would need the dress. Customer support was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive to all my questions, concerns, and expressed needs. Your staff shared her recommendations for sizing and even provider her own dress size as reassurance. If it wasn’t for this direction I would’ve likely ordered the wrong size. The dress came exactly as pictured on the website, absolutely gorgeous and with the customizations I had requested done beautifully. The dress came right on time and we are so thankful

I was on a time crunch looking for a dress for prom. I found one on their website that I loved. I customize the neckline. I gave them the day I needed the dress and it came on time. The dress looked exactly like the picture. 10/10

I loved my gown so much. Bought it online and was a little nervous about it because it was for my school ball and I wanted it to look as good as it did in the pictures and when it arrived it was just perfect. Couldn’t list one negative about it, the dress fit perfectly and the colour and quality was flawless.
