Disappointing Experience with AnonVM – Lack of Customer Support and Untrustworthy Practices
I regret to share that my experience with AnonVM has been extremely disappointing. Despite the promising reviews online, which now seem dubious, I have encountered consistent issues with their customer service. For the past three months, I have attempted to reach out for support on multiple occasions, but my inquiries have gone unanswered.
Interestingly, the company seems to reply to reviews under the guise of being responsive. However, once a payment is made for any service, the communication abruptly stops, and they become unresponsive. This pattern raises concerns about the legitimacy of the positive reviews and the overall reliability of their service.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AnonVM to others, as they have failed to deliver on their promises and provide the necessary customer support.

Zero stars would be better. I paid them for DMCA ignored offshore hosting. I put up the web site. I showed it to them in a ticket on Monday, September 30th, 2024 @ 18:15, to ask them "Ticket #652143 - Will you take it down?". They replied the same day at 18:29: "No, we dont plan" signed "Staff". Today, 8 October 2024 1:45 pm Montreal time, I found the site offline. Tried to login to client area, found my password changed. Reset the password and logged in, found my entire account gone, "0" services active. The JERK didn't even have the basic decency to write to me before destroying the site to explain the reason. If you want to be stabbed in the back, this is the DMCA-ignored host for you. And by the way, it was not a "phishing" site or a "warez" site or any such thing, it was a site explaining how a bank defrauded a customer of over $1000.00 CAD by assisting an ACTUAL phishing site to steal their money. Criminals are protected; their victims are silenced and stabbed in the back.
