The customer service I have experienced from Courtney is always incredible, like nothing I have ever had before. I've never known a company to get back so quickly and politely, doesn't matter what time of day or if its on a weekend. Courtney is always there at hand to help out and goes above and beyond every time! The product and quality is fantastic, I cannot get enough of the second skin leggings / shorts and get so many compliments on them! I had mentioned in an email to Courtney that I was looking for more bright / pastel coloured leggings for the coming summer months and she let me know straight away when their new pastel collection dropped and the colours are just stunning. I cannot wait to receive my next order. Genuinely my favourite company to deal with hands down. Awful. I ordered their second skin leggings due to someone raving about them on instagram. They arrived but I needed a different size. I followed their returned process, opted for an exchange and paid 8.95 to return them. I emailed to check in on the progress but the email bounced back stating it couldn’t be found. Therefore, I contacted them via Instagram, I send over the order number and was told I would receive an update via email. Well, after this huge apology email about how they’ve had a massive issue and have had to bring the process in house to rectify it, the email concluded with a “as we couldn’t find the order you will not receive an exchange or refund”. Obviously the apology was a simple formality as there was no attempt made to try alternative avenues to see if the order could be located. The annoying thing is that I paid for first class tracked/signed. I followed this up and low and behold not only did my parcel arrive but it was as also signed for and photographed! I have sent them screen shots of my order and the photo taken by the delivery driver along with the signature. If I don’t here from them shortly I will be escalating the case to a third party.

The customer service I experienced with Courtney from another version was amazing! I buy so much from it and on one occasion a delivery didn’t get to me on time, not through their error but Evri. But she honestly went above and beyond to accommodate me to ensure I was happy. She really went the extra mile for me. Before I was in love with the clothes from there now I am forever grateful for the amazing service they provide and feel like am buying from such a good company who values their customers, and this is rare. Very pleased despite slight confusion
I placed an order of two pairs of leggings and socks, when the items arrived there was one pair of leggings, the socks and a long sleeve t-shirt, I did not order a t shirt. I contacted the company via instagram and they responded very quickly! I then contacted them via email which was also responded to very quickly! The issue has now been resolved and I’m awaiting my correct item! This company has very quick responses and deals with issues in a very formal and polite manner. And to top it off! The quality is absolutely incredible, I’ve found my go to company for comfort. Despite the confusion of the incorrect item, it was dealt with very fast. I will definitely re purchase again.

Have ordered several pairs of leggings now over the last few years. They are the best, most flattering and comfortable fit leggings and I have tried a lot of top brand ones.
This time I was sent the wrong item in error. They have worked hard to correct the error and refund me the return postage amount, as well as keeping me totally up to date throughout the entire time. Great brand and service.

I returned a parcel using tracking and they are claiming it was never delivered to them even though I have proof.
It’s just a money making way to only give you a credit note so they get to keep your money!
Spend your money on Adanola instead, far better customer service and quality of product.

Never wasted your money management is very poor didn’t process the full refund took 2 months had to message them almost every week I’mean beg them to process a refund
Poor customer service and poor returns
Have not received refund for my parcel which was recieved and signed for over 4.5 weeks ago now.
I have emailed and attempted to contact the team multiple times and have had no response on any occasions, poor customer service and even poorer returns and refunds!
Do not purchase unless you are sure you are going to keep the item! Not the first time this has happened!

Poor customer service / still waiting for refund
The items I paid for were actually out of stock so my delivery was delayed.
They don’t offer free returns so I had to pay £12 for tracked delivery.
The return was signed for on 12th December but over 4 weeks later they will still not confirm when I can expect to receive my refund. The customer service via email is really poor.
Update 15th Feb 24: over 9 weeks after the return was signed for I still have not received my refund.
