I always order leggings , shorts and hoodies from Anotherversion , the quality of the products is fantastic, worn and washed again and again and look as new !

issue resolved, despite their website saying no cancellations, they were accommodating and allowed me to cancel my orders due to a long wait for dispatch

side note: they reply fast via instagram DM’s, which was great

Don’t bother buying from this company unless you are sure you won’t need to return. I have been waiting over 3 weeks now,
Sister and Seekers, Tala and Adanola all deliver and refund without the hassle.

I was sceptical about this brand after reading the other reviews on here, my item hadn’t been dispatched after 12 days. I emailed, they replied and said the item wasn’t in stock. They have refunded me. Although this item is still in stock on the website

Useless tried to return item charge £2.99 to return to begin with and then you can’t download prepaid label to return. Don’t respond when you contact. Rubbish

Never received my items nor did they reply to any emails. Don’t risk buying from this company.

I initially gave 1 star review as I had made a return of some t shirts and not had a refund despite several emails.
After posting negative review the company did get back to me and the issue was finally resolved.

I thought it was only fair to update the review now this was resolved.
I ordered some of the leggings, t shirts and long sleeved tops. The leggings are gorgeous… so comfortable, and are like butter. They are my fav ones to wear. The stitching is beginning to come away at the front but so far hasn’t caused any issue. I ordered M in leggings and in tops… I am a size 8. Leggings are perfect but tops were super tight and I didn’t want to wear them so tight which is why I returned them.

I am keen to try again with this company…. As I do really love the leggings. I have given 3 stars because of customer service… i really hope this has improved as they have reached out to me and offered to make up for the previous issues. I will order again (a small order) and will update review based on that.

Best leggings I own! Second skin leggings are soft, not see through, the perfect fit and great quality. Can’t wait to get my second skin shorts I recently ordered! Highly recommend!

After receiving my order I had to return all items back for a size exchange which was seamless, found customer service helpful. Just wish the leggings would come back in stock I need more!

Does not reply to emails or Instagram dms yet can post on their Instagram. Sent the wrong colour leggings , emailed numerous times and have not responded , put a request to be exchanged as I ordered mink and got green and yet again so response to be able to return. Ridiculous, should not be taking orders if you can’t even respond to customers. Shambles company.

I highly regret ordering from this company. I ordered my parcel a week ago and it’s still not been dispatched and after reading reviews it might not come for another month or more. They are extremely hard to get in touch with for help and feel like I’m never gunna get my money back. Would never recommend this company to a friend.
Feel like I’ve been scammed

Do not order if there is any chance you need to return something. Leggings/tops etc are ok - Teddy Fleece is of poor quality and leaves you looking like an actual teddy. Returned and it was sent back to me as the wrong returns address is on their website :/
Offered to pay my shipping costs due to having to send twice... still waiting 2 weeks later. Customer service is very shaky... do not trust them and would not order again.

Returned an item and no response or refund even after emailing them multiple times. What is up with all these independent brands being scammers. So annoying now i have to raise a dispute with my bank what a waste of time

I read the negative reviews and nearly didn't order from Another Version . I'm so glad I ignored the comments cause the service has been outstanding and the leggings/tops are amazing quality. I will definitely be ordering more items in the future. Don't always believe what you read.....

Love ! Have 3 pairs of leggings and the teddy fleece. The leggings are very comfy, not see through, very nice material, really happy with them! After washing the fleece, did have to brush it to get it fluffy again, but also a great item 💙 No issues with the delivery, dispatched very quickly , thank you!

Placed an order for 2 pairs of black leggings, only received 1 pair. Have contacted customer services multiple times and messaged on social media but no response. Wouldn’t ever use this company again.

Ordered 3 items, all of which arrived and were of extremely poor quality. Returned and still awaiting refund, they are ignoring my emails and have over £80 of my money. Please avoid, terrible customer service and awful quality clothes.

Avoid at all costs.
Paid for an item, was of poor quality and nothing like the photos.
Have asked for a refund on several occasions and received quite condescending rude replies. I am still awaiting a refund almost a month later.
Please take advice and do not use this company if you’d ever like your money back!

Brought a tracksuit only wore it a handful of times washed once and all the stitching was starting to come undone. I had only had the tracksuit for 5 months or so so was disappointed in the quality considering the amount I paid. Got offered a £25 voucher which would get you nothing on this website and would have to pay additional money to even have something new, which I was highly reluctant to do based on the fact I had such poor quality. Won’t be shopping here again and do not support any influencers on insta who support them.

This is the worst company to deal with. Order placed returns made they said it was out of date issued gift vouchers. Vouchers used within the 1 month they allowed. Since ordering items have never arrived £270.00. They keep passing the book onto everyone else. Finally they have said they will next day deliver the items which progressed onto 5 days later to say the items will not arrive as out of stock. This company are definitely a scam and taking money off people for items they don't have. Please report them before they rip more people off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
