Great customer service, the product was great too.

I recently got a pair of pleaded wool trousers from Anovair, and I couldn’t be happier. They look great, have an awesome fit, and the quality is excellent.

I owned the previous model made from polyester, but this new version is on a completely different level — much better fabric, feel, and overall construction. You can really tell that the quality has been upgraded.

All in all, a great experience and definitely a brand I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

I ordered the Henley shirt in three different colors and honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this good!

I received my order today – perfect items with excellent quality and an awesome fit! The online support is also great, they respond very quickly.

Finally found wide fit pants that break slightly on my dress shoes. I’m 193cm and struggled to find pants I like. Had to get them tailored at the waist but that was expected. Still very happy with the product. Also, I had a shipping problem, but the support team was efficient and professional in promptly solving the issue.

I ordered the Henley and at first I wasn’t happy, the material didn't quite meet my expectations and the size felt off. I left a review, and to my surprise, the founder personally reached out, refunded my return fee, and offered to send me their new, improved Henley. I’ve just received it and I’m blown away: the fit is perfect, the new fabric feels amazing, and it’s everything I wanted. What started as a disappointment turned into one of the best brand experiences I’ve had.

Items are of good quality at an affordable price. Their customer service answers fast and shipping is free on orders over a certain amount! - I keep coming back and have recommended the brand to multiple friends

Bought 2 sizes of trousers and needed to send back one of them. The site advertises hassle free refunds, but what they don't tell you is that it costs £15 to return.

For a brand that is not available in stores to try, this is outrageous. Wish I had sent both trousers back and just bought from Uniqlo as usual.

Update: they didn't reply to my email after responding to this review so don't think they'll do anything to help you.

2nd update: The founder, Tim is bombarding me with emails from this review. Even after I asked for my data to be deleted, be taken off any mailing lists and to not respond to me again, he is continuing to respond.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

Received the pleated trousers quickly after ordering them, got a size large on the websites recommendations. They fit me perfectly.

I bought two Henley shirt in gray and navy. The fabric quality is very good, and the fit is perfect. Even though I bought a size M for someone who's 1m78 and somewhat muscular, it fits perfectly. Just pay attention to the measurements and how you'd like the garment to fit (fit or loose). Can’t wait for more clothes and colors !
