I recently purchased a shirt from this company, and while the shirt itself didn’t quite work out for me, I was truly blown away by the customer service. I returned the item, fully understanding that a refund might not be guaranteed—but to my surprise and gratitude, they issued a refund anyway. They dropship directly from china, quality is decent nothing special. The item came with a different necktag than their own, which obviously gives away that they dropship. I reckon you could probably buy this off Temu or SHEIN for 3 times less the price

Just to clarify: we use a hybrid fulfillment model — part of our orders ship locally and part directly from our manufacturing partner. This setup offers key benefits in terms of speed and flexibility, especially for a growing brand like ours, as we also explained in detail via email.

I ordered the Henley shirt. Unfortunately, it was too small for me, so I contacted customer support. They responded very quickly and sent me a larger size free of charge without requiring me to return the original item! The Henley shirt is of excellent quality and very comfortable to wear.
