I had a very good experience with Will and Dan. Unlike many of the other recruiters I have spoken to, their support felt much more personal and a lot less like names on a spreadsheet (which is very common!). Will especially who I worked with for the earlier parts of the process, gave personalized feedback/help for the interviews even through a weekend which was very much appreciated!

She was very helpful and gave me all the advice and help, she could, for each interview we had. It was a pleasure working with her and I am very happy I landed my next job thanks to her. During the process he worked with me to schedule interviews and prepare me for each round, providing information about the format and example questions. Will was, without exception, professional, helpful and encouraging throughout.

However it was at the final stage that Will really came through for me. After I received an offer from another firm, Will pushed his client to bring their final interview round forward, and managed to schedule it for the following day (Friday) at very short notice. He prepared me very well, and I was able to perform strongly enough to receive an offer from his client.

Following the offer, he has been in continuous close contact with me to make sure my contract and onboarding has been processed smoothly, despite delays with his client's HR.

Overall, I come away from my job-hunting experience with an overwhelmingly positive impression of Anson McCade, and secured a permanent position with compensation far exceeding my expectations.
