Will Cristobal accompanied me during the whole process with a hedge fund for a Quant researcher position. He was extremely responsive and ensured a consistant communication between the company and I, always keeping me updated. He gave me precious insights and tips to prepare the interviews. Will is very professional and helpful.

Very good communication from Samuel Cooper the whole way through the process. At times the process was moving slowly or not much at all but still received timely updates which was very much appreciated and something I have found rare. What a waste of time Anson McCade is.

Got a message on LinkedIn about a role that sounded interesting. Messaged back and arranged a call.
A different guy called me as the other guy was apparently on another call. Discussed the role which I was interested in. Sent him over my CV. He came back and said he needed more work. Again, went back and changed a few things.
This is where it went wrong. Trying to call Anson McCade is painful. Get through to reception answer all the questions to get told the team go out for coffee at the time. I question the whole company and she replies ‘yes’. She tells me someone will get in contact with me. Never happens…
Next day phone again and my recruiter is busy and will call you back. Again nothing…
After week and half and the guy says he has news about the role and I say I am not interested anymore. What a waste of time on both parts.
Makes Anson McCade fall in the trap of other recruiters with standard stereo types just chasing the money.

I will never use Anson McCade going forward.

My experience with Anson McCade has been effective, valuable, and pleasant. I was first contacted by a recruiter called Mark McLaughlin and he reached out to me regarding a Business Analyst position in the Tech industry.

At first I was a bit skeptical, as I had been contacted by a few recruiters recently who were either not very responsible and attentive or who contacted me for jobs that had nothing to do with my experience or career goals, which I added as part of my CV and profile description. However, from the very first call, Mark was very polite, straight to the point, and you could tell he actually took the time to understand my experience and career goals in order to find a suitable opportunity for me.
