Hands down the worst customer service…
Hands down the worst customer service imaginable. Delivery to my shipper in Greece 12 days after ordering, who then needs to forward it to me in Cyprus. I yet to have the part in my hands and only hope it's soon. Would never use them again. Don't do it!

Hands away. Horrible service. They deliver from Germany with the cheapest mail delivery and do not support the sale nor the customer. I paid in full in advance and they did not deliver. I was waiting for my order 3 weeks, sent 3 emails only to receive email that I should call the courier. Do not expect any service from this person. It is not worth a single euro

Ordered a pair of wheel arch covers and the left cover I received is for a different car. Tried to contact them and asked ME to pay for the return, or pay AGAIN for the correct part plus shipping!! No mention of a refund...
How much more useless and irresponsible could they possible be! This is UNACCEPTABLE and utterly shameful. Needless to say that me and all my clients won't be ordering from them ever again. STAY AWAY for your own good.
