I was extremely satisfied with my experience!

Communication was excellent, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Since it was too hot for shipping, meeting in person wasn't a problem at all. Even during the meetup, he took plenty of time to explain everything and answer any additional questions. This was already my second order, and once again everything went perfectly.

What impressed me the most was that I didn't just receive tiny isopods and springtails. The animals were all of a healthy, well-established size and were packed with great care. On top of that, I even received some wonderful free gifts with my larger order, which was a really thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. They have all settled in very well, and some of them have already produced their first offspring.

I was also really impressed by the selection on the website. It offers many beautiful and rare species that are difficult to find elsewhere, and it's clear that the collection is constantly growing with new and exciting additions.

Beautiful, Growing Collection, Excellent Customer Service, and Great Value

I have completed two purchases from this store so far, and both arrived in excellent condition. Based on my experience, this is genuinely one of the best stores I have come across in the invertebrate hobby.

A huge amount of respect goes to Joey, the owner, for the passion and genuine care he puts into these animals. It is clear that he is not simply focused on making sales — he is genuinely driven by the goal of bringing in rare, interesting, and beautiful species for people who truly appreciate them.

The collection is already impressive and continues to grow, with exciting new species being added over time. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality and rarity of what is available, which makes it easier for more people to enter the hobby and experience species they may not otherwise have access to.

The website provides helpful care information for each species, but what stands out even more is the support after purchase. Whenever I had questions, Joey was patient, detailed, and willing to explain everything clearly. As someone who can ask a lot of questions, I really appreciated the time and effort he put into making sure I felt confident about caring for my animals.

I honestly wish I had found this store earlier. It has quickly become one of my go-to places for unique invertebrates, and I am very excited to see how the collection develops in the future.

I ordered my first ant queen (Messor cephalotes) on 21/5/26 (or 5/21/26 for americans), but my shipment was delayed 1 week due to a continent-wide heatwave. This shows consideration, and therefore a plus in my book.
It was eventually shipped om the 1/6/26 (or 6/1/26 for americans) and arrived 3/6/26, one day later than the expected delivery date.
She arrived alive and well, no brood though. But as to be expected from such an angsty and shy queen being internationally shipped from France to Denmark - and in her founding stage no less!
I kept in contact with Joey (AntAndPod) the entire time. They explained everything and was very forthcoming and honest.
I wholly recommend AntAndPod, though keep in mind that this is in fact my one and only experience. But, nonetheless, i felt they were professional and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of you and your ants.
