Never again

Ordered tires for one of my motorcycles and my car. Car tires order went perfect. 5*.
They managed to fumble the motorcycle tires order, delivering only the front tire in a shipment that was supposed to contain both but didn't.
Opened a case with their support, they said the delivery company stole the rear tire and they are investigating. Not true, since I have video evidence the packet was not tampered with (shrink-wrap was not big enough and not reheated). Also, the investigation is supposed to last 1-3 months.
25 days after the initial order I gave up, reordered the rear tire from them (now ~ EUR 20 more expensive) and opened a chargeback with my bank. Four days later they told me they are giving back the money for the original, undelivered tire, in the next 3-4 working days. That was 12 days ago. No money in the bank yet.
Checked the account. Order shows as cancelled. They attached a "Credit Note" that allows them until July 18th to give the money back. This is unreal!
** Buyers beware: there is a reason they have such good prices. You get frustration and anger **

Later edit: they told me I have to cancel my dispute before getting the money back. I don't trust them so I will wait for the bank/Mastercard to reimburse me. I will also file a complain with the the Authority for Consumer Protection & ECC. These kind of stuff should not happen in EU!

Tyres arrived on a few days difference

I ordered 4 tyres at once, but they arrived 2 at a time, at a difference of 3 days. The tyres are OK, the shipping itself was delayed for the second tyre set.

This was one of the most frustrating…

This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I ordered 2 Michelin Road 6 motorcycle tires, but after waiting about a week, I received a car tire instead of motorcycle tires. I refused the delivery immediately and provided photo evidence of the incorrect item, as it was already clear this situation would not be handled smoothly. After that, the entire process became unnecessarily complicated. Even though it was one single order with a single tracking number, it was split into two separate cases internally, which created confusion and delays. Communication was extremely repetitive and unhelpful. I kept receiving generic responses such as “we are checking,” “please wait,” and “the warehouse will confirm,” without any real updates or timelines. The company acknowledged several times that the mistake was on their side, yet I still had to repeatedly chase updates and wait for resolution and refund. The refund was eventually processed, but only after significant delays and constant follow-ups. While the refund was ultimately completed, the handling of the situation, communication, and customer support experience were far below acceptable standards.

Update: I also noticed that my review does not appear to have been approved on the company’s own website, while here on Trustpilot the experience can at least be discussed publicly. And it is the same review.

Delivery was late for 23 days

Delivery was late for 3 weeks. We were disappointed as we need to look for our fully paid in advance items throughout the hubs. Company claiming that system doesn’t generate the mob number, however email as a secondary means of reaching out the buyer wasn’t utilized to get in contact; bad, nasty expedience. Although, we found our product in Thursday we’ve been promised to have it on hands already on next Monday which never happened even on Tuesday… only Wednesday 23 days after the end of the given period the items are arrived. Unprofessional and unacceptable approach

There has been a failure to comply with agreed terms & conditions.

There has been a failure to comply with the agreed delivery terms. Unfortunately, I must point out that the delivery conditions were not met. Specifically, the company returned the item on the very next day of agreed delivery date, without my consent and without complying with agreed terms & conditions. Moreover, I was double charged for the return shipping (taxed twice for the return), which is unacceptable. Not only were the delivery conditions not met, but this extra charge further complicates the situation.
