Wrong and late product delivery
I have ordered Michelin Anakee Adventure. They sent different front tire a week later. Now they do not want to to take it back because I do not have the label. UNACCEPTABLE!

A tyre can still be considered new when it has been properly stored, and DOT information is only specifically indicated on our site when it is over 36 months. If the tyres received are over 36 months old and this was not mentioned at purchase, this should be checked by our after-sales service.

Customer trap and/or lack of responsibility
The business decision to offer tyres delivery to a service unit, chosen by Anvelopelider, is a total trap! If the tyres or wheels get any kind of defect, due to production or manipulation (the whole chain: producer, courier, delivery service are their responsability), the company does not take responsability and the customer gets to pay or accept it all!

Our partner fitting centers are expected to report any issue at reception or before fitting, and every claim is checked by our agents based on the product condition and the delivery history. We also take feedback about partner service units seriously and use it to improve our network.

The tyre was dot 0926, so it fresh out of the oven, the delivery was a little bit slow, but they respected they target period so it's all fine. Was the cheapest place where I could find the trail attack 3, so far, they are the best.
