I purchased two Metzeler Feelfree tires for my BMW C650 GT maxi-scooter. The overall purchase and delivery experience was very good, but out of two tires, only one was brand new (DOT 2025), the other one was already 2 years old (DOT 2023), even though I paid full price!

No return was possible.
I wanted to return 2 tyres because I have ordered the wrong size (my bad), I've contacted them and they responded after a few days saying that this is ok no problem, i had to send them pictures,etc. After many messages ( they responded at each message after a few days ! making this process very long, for a reson, you will see), they told me that my problem will be solved and we agreed that I pay for the return of the goods and they will inform me about the return pickup. After a few hours than they informed me that the 14 days return period has passed and they will not accept the return anymore. The ideea is thet they willingly prolonged the respone time after each message in order to exeed the return period time. What a shitty tactic, no respect at all for the customer ! Miss Elizabeth was not very helpful. The returns ar not possible :( Bad experience with them ).
