For now, I'm one month into the communication process with the company.
I got no updates after I signed the contract, except one dubious email from a person with intellectual & grammatical skills of a night bed table;
We will see if they really have any capabilities that they advertise or its a scam.

I had an online course about business, affiliate Marketing, dropshopping etc.I hat to pay 12500€
But is was not like a was waitit and KRAUS GHENDLER RUVINSKIJ Anwaltskanzlei manage to cancel the subscription in a few days. I recomand.
They are working fast and whiteout errors.

It took forever to get my company registration done. I firstly paid them in April 2020, they said it should be done fast, but not until November 2020, I didn't get all the documents. It was very stressful. They don't think they have the responsibility to tell all requirements that you have to do to run a UG in Germany. I have paid a lot of fine over the years due to this.

Today I come over here to make another 1 star review on them, because they're threatening me to remove the bad review that I've left for them on Google. They're the same, so arrogant, they will never examine their attitude and behavior of themselves. 1 more 1 star review for them! While busy asking to remove reviews!!! How about go to improve your service and know how to be humble and apologize first??

After an initial conversation and communication, which was very positive in terms of the company providing a GmbH formation service - the communication dried up and 14 days after completing the online application process I received an email to say that they had no capacity to support my company formation.
This is not how to run a professional business - nor how to treat potential or actual clients.
I am now at least 4 weeks behind my schedule for forming the company.
